Este condominio frente al mar es un verdadero "Fan-ta-Sea" con tres dormitorios, tres baños y puede alojar fácilmente hasta 12 personas.

La perla de Navarra # 801 es administrada profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Al entrar al condominio, se le recibe con una cocina completa, un comedor y la sala de estar que conduce al balcón que tiene unas vistas impresionantes de la costa esmeralda. El dormitorio principal y el baño cuentan con una cama king, una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha a ras de suelo. Los dos dormitorios adicionales, que incluyen una cama king en una y una reina y una litera llena sobre otra en la otra, lo convierten en el lugar perfecto para que la familia y los amigos pasen tiempo con los pies en la arena. Esta sala también se puede unir con Pearl 802 (si está disponible) para dormir ocho personas adicionales.

Had to wash the bedding in one bedroom sheet where dirty with hair on them The furnace was in one of the bedroom closet and must of not been draining good smells like mold. The condo needs a few repairs cabinets need redone plastic finish coming off. Door going out to deck was dragging hard to open and close

The condo was lovely. The view of the beach was perfect. With 5 kids we had enough beds to sleep everyone. We cooked dinner at the condo most nights and they had all of the kitchen items we needed. We had a great time and would certainly book the condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely unit however it is in need of a lot of TLC, the furnishings are very well used. Cleaning left quite a bit to be desired. If the owner would like further information as to this please have them reach out to me directly. As a family that does not typically use streaming services we were very challenged with the TV's. Please consider that guests do not necessarily want to create login accounts just to watch a little television in their downtime. This was especially challenging due to the fact that we were there during T/S Bertha and could not even easily turn on the television for weather updates. Basic cable vision services would be a nice option. Overall the unit worked well for our family. The above mentioned would not deter us from renting in the future.

The condo was beautiful the weather was great had a wonderful time. Only thing wrong was the bed in the master had no middle supports so you rolled to the middle but that will be an easy fix. Well worth the money
