Fan-Ta-Sea: Pearl of Navarre 801 | Lovely Gulf Front Condo in Gated Resort

This beachfront condo is a true "Fan-ta-Sea" with three-bedrooms, three-bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 10 people.

As you enter the condo you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and the living room which leads to the balcony that has stunning views of the Emerald coast. The master bedroom and bathroom features a king bed, a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms which include a king bed in one and a queen and a full over full bunk bed in the other, make it the perfect place for family and friends to spend time with their toes in the sand. This room can also be conjoined with Pearl 802 (if available) to sleep an additional eight guests.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

The condo was lovely. The view of the beach was perfect. With 5 kids we had enough beds to sleep everyone. We cooked dinner at the condo most nights and they had all of the kitchen items we needed. We had a great time and would certainly book the condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely unit however it is in need of a lot of TLC, the furnishings are very well used. Cleaning left quite a bit to be desired. If the owner would like further information as to this please have them reach out to me directly. As a family that does not typically use streaming services we were very challenged with the TV's. Please consider that guests do not necessarily want to create login accounts just to watch a little television in their downtime. This was especially challenging due to the fact that we were there during T/S Bertha and could not even easily turn on the television for weather updates. Basic cable vision services would be a nice option. Overall the unit worked well for our family. The above mentioned would not deter us from renting in the future.
