Dolce Vita (que también se puede alquilar como 1 dormitorio en temporada baja) se encuentra en la orilla del mar, ubicada en la comunidad privada de Cupecoy Beach Club, a solo 1 minuto de la frontera francesa / holandesa. Esta lujosa gema cerrada se parece a un elegante pueblo blanco reluciente en una soleada isla griega. La entrada principal está enmarcada por frondosos árboles tropicales. La sala de estar principal y el dormitorio principal tienen una vista impresionante del cielo azul, el mar turquesa del Caribe y otras islas.

La decoración interior contemporánea tiene un ambiente francés; Elegante y confortable. Maderas claras con telas crema, marrón topo, gris y lima. La sala de estar de planta abierta cuenta con una cocina completamente amueblada con todos los electrodomésticos. La gran sala de estar principal combina espacios de descanso, comedor y medios de comunicación.

Las dos habitaciones del mismo tamaño tienen camas king size y un hermoso baño con duchas y vestidores. El dormitorio principal tiene una zona de estar privada al aire libre con vista al mar.

Aunque es privado, estás muy cerca de los servicios. A solo 1 minuto a pie de la playa de Mullet, una de las playas más bonitas de la isla, a solo 3 minutos en automóvil de Porto Cupecoy, con un fantástico pequeño mercado gourmet, maravillosos restaurantes y vistas impresionantes. We had a great time in Saint Martin. The condo was in the perfect location. It had everything we needed. We always got a quick response from the concierge when we had any questions. We can’t wait to come back again! The views from the balcony were breathtaking!

Amazing location on Dutch side of island. Beautiful ocean view. Plenty of living space. Host was welcoming and responsive to questions. Truly a wonderful stay.

Great stay at amazing location

Apartment is big with 3 full bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is huge with sea views. Cheking in and out was a breeze. Location cant be better, steps to picturesque private beach and walking distance to Mullet beach and Carrefour supermarket. Nice restaurants and many other beaches a few minutes by car. Would return without hesitation.

Beautiful ocean view, quiet, and super short walk to a gorgeous beach. We met Bridget the cleaner who was a super nice lady. Our host Jon answered all my questions and let us have a late check out as we had a 4:40 pm flight. Would stay again!

Great location

I had a great time here. John did an amazing job yet again. The villa was an older villa. But it was a great location. The property was older needs some improvements but great views. We loved it. The host did an amazing job when ever i had a request or question he responded right away.

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed eating dinner at Porto Cupecoy, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay, so the location was central and the proximity to Mullet Beach was great!

Enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay here. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable. The TV room was like being on your own living room but with a view. Kids loved hanging there in the evening when watching the football games. Great stay!

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay. Cupecoy Beach Club is in a great location. Steps to Mullet Bay Beach, nearby grocery store and restaurants, safe gated quiet community, nice pool. This particular condo is on the second floor with a stunning view of the ocean as far as you can see. 3 full bathrooms, plenty of space, everything you need. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet and these tiny ants in the kitchen with bait/traps that looked like they were trying to contain it but overall it was clean, well stocked, everything worked, good hot water and perfect location. Laundry in the unit, plenty of towels. I would not hesitate to come back.

Gorgeous Views

This condo did not disappoint. It had everything the two of us needed for a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Cupecoy Beach. Amazing views from the two balcony’s. John and Stacey were always quick to answer any questions we had. Bonus….the pool bar served delicious items prepared by an Italian Chef. The bartender served fun cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. All the comforts of home within a 5 minute walk to “My opinion “ the Best beach on the Island. (Mullet Bay) Entire process was super easy. We are sure to book again next year! Million Dollar view every morning you wake up!!! Best location on the Island!!!

Tranquil and beautiful

Beach club was perfectly located for moving our daughter into AUC. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was comfortable and clean. The air conditioners worked almost too well. Steps from Mullet Beach and a beautiful pool our other pluses.

Close to the pool, Mullet Beach, many restaurants & market within walking distance. All the grounds staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of room & had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean & the pool area. Would rebook here.

Quiet oceanfront villa

Just returned from a week stay with our 2 adult daughters. Wonderful, spacious, condo on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. This condo is located between Mullet Bay beach and Cupecoy beach. Short walk to either. We were able to do some snorkeling at Mullet Bay which turned out to be better than Pinel island. All amenities provided in the condo. This is an older building but well maintained. Short distance to restaurants and small grocery store that had a good selection everything you would need. Maho beach is very walkable from here. This is a second floor unit with many stairs (not an issue for us but may be prohibitive for people with mobility issues)Overall, an amazing trip. We would definitely book this condo again.

the path to the pool needs to be checked for holes. I rolled my ankle in a hole on the path and fell. I came home with a very sprained ankle.

Views from our two balconies were just fantastic! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view with cocktails. We went to the beach a lot and enjoyed how private it was. We felt like movie stars being at a private beach. . We have traveled a lot to warm destinations, but this was likely the best beach we’ve experienced.

Beautiful location!

This condo and area did not disappoint. Everything was as described and the view is priceless! We had an issue with AC in one bedroom. But Stacy was very helpful in getting it resolved . A new AC was installed . All the staff and guards were great! We’ll definitely will be back!

Great choice for vacation…

Our family travels quite a bit and this vacation exceeded our expectations. Great location , safe and close to restaurants and night life, wonderful condo with the best view and easy access to two beaches , Mullet and Cupecoy (was our favorite to enjoy gorgeous sunsets). Everything was delivered as promised, great response from John the owner. Stacey , the concierge was very helpful with everything we asked for. We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return!

Condo on beach

We enjoyed everything about our stay except the scaffolding in front of the main balcony. This has been there obviously for a long time and obstructs your view. No one is doing any work so there is no reason for scaffolding to be there. It’s rusted and old. The pictures show the bedroom balcony not the main balcony. This would cause me not to rent here again and we loved everything else.

Wonderful place to vacation

Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, a very spacious condo with lots of room and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Convenient location in the best part of the island in my opinion. Excellent views of the turquoise water. Really beautiful beach with unique cliffs as a backdrop and great for some shade. Every placed we dined at was fabulous and there are lots of options. Be aware that if anyone in your group has trouble with a lot of stairs you might inquire if a lower level is available. Overall a memorable, wonderful experience. We really enjoyed seeing all the colorful birds at Parotte Ville Bird Park and a bit of gambling at several casinos in the evening as well.
