We had a great time in Saint Martin. The condo was in the perfect location. It had everything we needed. We always got a quick response from the concierge when we had any questions. We can’t wait to come back again! The views from the balcony were breathtaking!

Great stay at amazing location

Apartment is big with 3 full bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is huge with sea views. Cheking in and out was a breeze. Location cant be better, steps to picturesque private beach and walking distance to Mullet beach and Carrefour supermarket. Nice restaurants and many other beaches a few minutes by car. Would return without hesitation.

Great location

I had a great time here. John did an amazing job yet again. The villa was an older villa. But it was a great location. The property was older needs some improvements but great views. We loved it. The host did an amazing job when ever i had a request or question he responded right away.

Amazing Location

Amazing location on Dutch side of island. Beautiful ocean view. Plenty of living space. Host was welcoming and responsive to questions. Truly a wonderful stay.

Beautiful ocean view, quiet, and super short walk to a gorgeous beach. We met Bridget the cleaner who was a super nice lady. Our host Jon answered all my questions and let us have a late check out as we had a 4:40 pm flight. Would stay again!

Quiet oceanfront villa

Just returned from a week stay with our 2 adult daughters. Wonderful, spacious, condo on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. This condo is located between Mullet Bay beach and Cupecoy beach. Short walk to either. We were able to do some snorkeling at Mullet Bay which turned out to be better than Pinel island. All amenities provided in the condo. This is an older building but well maintained. Short distance to restaurants and small grocery store that had a good selection everything you would need. Maho beach is very walkable from here. This is a second floor unit with many stairs (not an issue for us but may be prohibitive for people with mobility issues)Overall, an amazing trip. We would definitely book this condo again.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay. Cupecoy Beach Club is in a great location. Steps to Mullet Bay Beach, nearby grocery store and restaurants, safe gated quiet community, nice pool. This particular condo is on the second floor with a stunning view of the ocean as far as you can see. 3 full bathrooms, plenty of space, everything you need. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet and these tiny ants in the kitchen with bait/traps that looked like they were trying to contain it but overall it was clean, well stocked, everything worked, good hot water and perfect location. Laundry in the unit, plenty of towels. I would not hesitate to come back.

Great Stay

If you are looking for convenient and comfortable this place will do the trick! This second story condo has beautiful views and is located inside of the gated Cupecoy Beach Resort. There is a very nice pool and pool bar (open most afternoons). Plus there is a workout room and ping pong table by the pool and beach towels, beach chairs (3), small 6 pack hard sided cooler and ice packs as well as an umbrella (unfortunately broken when we were there) ready for your use. We also appreciated having a washer and drier for the week. It is a quick walk to either Mullet Beach with beach bars, food, and chair/umbrella rental or a more private area of Cupecoy Beach. The neighborhood located a quick couple of blocks up a gentle hill contains an Organic Market, Carefour grocery and several yummy food options (French Bakery, Italian, Mexican, Indian and more plus Fat Tony's which serves just about everything, has great specials and often evening entertainment) if you don't want to drive everywhere to eat. It was also not a bad walk into Maho (during the day) if you want to grab something to eat or watch the planes. I believe it's about 1 km and there is a path along the golf course and road that is well worn and often has people walking on it. The unit is a little worn but it is a great find if you don' t need high end finishes. Plus all of the people at the resort were very friendly. We will stay again :-)

Condo on beach

We enjoyed everything about our stay except the scaffolding in front of the main balcony. This has been there obviously for a long time and obstructs your view. No one is doing any work so there is no reason for scaffolding to be there. It’s rusted and old. The pictures show the bedroom balcony not the main balcony. This would cause me not to rent here again and we loved everything else.

Perfect Stay in Cupecoy

This property exceeded all of our expectations! We stayed with 5 adults and enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own bed. The 3 bathrooms with showers were also fantastic for privacy and getting ready.The property is gated with 24/7 security for peace of mind, but the whole area of Cupecoy and Maho are very safe, even in the evening. The best thing about this property is the access to not 1 but 2 beaches both within walking distance. The private beach at Cupecoy Beach Club (CBC) was our go to, the waves are a bit rougher but you can’t beat a quiet beach! Mullet Bay is an absolutely beautiful beach also with a short walk from the condo. This beach is much more busy but offers calmer water and a near “zero depth” entry.Lastly, our concierge (Stacey) was responsive and helped us find grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We did rent a car from their recommended company and it was a fantastic experience!The only downside was that we had to wait roughly a half hour to be checked in, Saturdays are an extremely busy day on the island.We are all excited to come back soon!

Gorgeous Views

This condo did not disappoint. It had everything the two of us needed for a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Cupecoy Beach. Amazing views from the two balcony’s. John and Stacey were always quick to answer any questions we had. Bonus….the pool bar served delicious items prepared by an Italian Chef. The bartender served fun cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

First visit to St. Maarten

The pictures made the condo unit appear much nicer than in person. Once inside it was clean but pretty dated. The dishwasher leaked when used to wash the dishes. Although there was internet, it did not work all the time or was very slow. The area for parking a rental vehicle is very limited and does not allow for two way traffic on the premises. You have to go down a staircase to reach the beach and at the bottom you are exposed to the waves before being able to get to the sand.

Beautiful location!

This condo and area did not disappoint. Everything was as described and the view is priceless! We had an issue with AC in one bedroom. But Stacy was very helpful in getting it resolved . A new AC was installed . All the staff and guards were great! We’ll definitely will be back!

Tranquil and beautiful

Beach club was perfectly located for moving our daughter into AUC. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was comfortable and clean. The air conditioners worked almost too well. Steps from Mullet Beach and a beautiful pool our other pluses.

Great place to stay. All the comforts of home within a 5 minute walk to “My opinion “ the Best beach on the Island. (Mullet Bay) Entire process was super easy. We are sure to book again next year! Million Dollar view every morning you wake up!!! Best location on the Island!!!

Cupecoy is beautiful

The unit is in a gated community in a safe area with parking in front of the door which was convenient. There are steps up to the second level and they are slippery if it rains. The pool was great. We usually had it to ourselves, It’s huge. The bar was not open since it is off-season in July. The unit itself is nice. The view from the balcony is beautiful, but there was scaffolding in front of the balcony off the bedroom so we didn’t use it because of that. It looked like it had been there a while, but thankfully, no one was on it working while we were there. Our friends had to wash their sheets because they were dirty and the toilet in their bedroom dripped all the time and had a bowl of under it to catch the water. The bowl was already there so it is a known problem. Overall it is a lovely property and grounds. We were not able to get to the beach at Cupecoy Beach club because the water comes up to the steps and it’s too dangerous to try to get to the small sand strip. Mullet Bay is beside the complex about a 5-10 minute walk to the side with umbrellas and chairs for rent. It’s one of the best beaches with smooth sand and beautiful blue water. We drove over one day because of the walk and carrying a cooler and beach bags. Some of the best food we had was at Rosie’s Snack bar at Mullet Bay, the chicken and ribs were amazing. Overall a great place to stay.

This condo is very spacious, has an AMAZING view, and a wonderful location just a one-minute walk to one of the best beaches - Mullet Bay. I would definitely return! One thing to be aware of if you book this place is that sometimes when you close the refrigerator, the freezer opens slightly. Just be sure both are closed and you're good to go!

Wonderful place to vacation

Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, a very spacious condo with lots of room and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Convenient location in the best part of the island in my opinion. Excellent views of the turquoise water. Really beautiful beach with unique cliffs as a backdrop and great for some shade. Every placed we dined at was fabulous and there are lots of options. Be aware that if anyone in your group has trouble with a lot of stairs you might inquire if a lower level is available. Overall a memorable, wonderful experience. We really enjoyed seeing all the colorful birds at Parotte Ville Bird Park and a bit of gambling at several casinos in the evening as well.

For future lurkers who can’t make up his/her mind — book it, you will thank me later. (1) the cover picture gave the illusion of a side ocean view, no, you are dead ocean front. You are on top of a cliff, with a secluded beach down a few steps. You will be the only person on that beach. (2) this is one of the best, if not the best neighborhood on Sint Maarten. The best snorkeling place on the island is the Mullet beach (left exit a private gate), and Cupecoy beach (right exit a private gate). You will see people snorkel from one to another, right under your terrace (3) yes the pool is big enough to swim laps, and never crowded. (4) grocery (Carrefour) is walking distance, don’t get turned off by its tiny door, it’s big inside, you’ll find everything you need for a regular meal, not that you want to cook, so many good eats nearby (5) you will be tempted to stay at the beach club and call it a vacation, you can if you have young children, but trust me, you want to go outside, rent a car, there aren’t that many roads, you can’t get lost, and it doesn’t matter where you go, anywhere you point your car, the view is gorgeous. We loved every minute of it.

Amazing views

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed eating dinner at Porto Cupecoy, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay, so the location was central and the proximity to Mullet Beach was great!
