The location is surrounded by a flower garden personally supervised by the owner. Within it stand out of the flower beds with rose bushes, which together with the scent of jasmine, enhance the look of the villa.
Guests have access to the living room with satellite TV, the kitchen for the exclusive use, a bathroom with double sinks and travertine rain shower, a room decorated in a classic style, safe. On request laundry and ironing.
The owners, a young couple sociable and reserved that usually resides in the far east of the villa, will prove invaluable dispenser of information and firm support of your privacy.

Incredible view

The hillside property has a wonderful view and easy access to the hill towns and beautiful Tuscan countryside. The apartment is roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom and bedroom, and gorgeous terrace. Ilaria is lovely, friendly and attentive but not intrusive. She even baked us apple pie! We will definitely stay here again.

Vacanza in totale relax

La nostra vacanza è iniziata in questo splendido paesino tranquillo per godere un vero relax, casa piccolina ma confortevole e calorosa, i proprietari Ilaria e Stefano sono stati deliziosi e molto gentili, attenti e pronti al benessere del cliente. Un angolo di relax dove abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni lontano dalla frenesia della vita quotidiana, godendo anche delle terme a dun passo da qui, 7 minuti in auto! Per non parlare di Picio uno dei gatti dei proprietari, un essere straordinario che ci ha coccoclati per tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Siamo stati benissimo e se dovessimo tornare in questa zona sceglierei ancora casa titty. Grazie Ilaria e Stefabo😊😘😘 nostro soggiorno con le sue fusa e amore.

Casa Titty war eine schöne entspannende Urlauszeit

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Im Außenbereich konnte man gut sitzen und entspannen. Die Gastfreundschaft war hervorragend. Wir wurden ausreichend mit Frühstück versorgt, wurden am Anreisetag mit belegten Broten versorgt und einen Tag später zum Essen eingeladen. Wir wurden auch immer wieder gefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen würden. Diverse Süßspeisen hat unsere Vermieterin extra für uns gemacht: Mandelkuchen, Tiramisu. Einen Besuch bei einem Winzer hat sie für uns arrangiert. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war die Lage der Unterkunft auf dem Berg.

Nous garderons de trés beaux souvenirs de cet endroit calme et reposant. Acceuil chaleureux de la propriétaire Ilaria et de son mari prets à tout pour nous faire plaisir et nous rendre service ! L'appartamento è bello, pulito e molto confortevole. La posizione è ottima, abbiamo guidato le principali cità della Toscana. Ilaria è molto gentile! Ha fatto di tutto per farci piacere! Ha lasciato una crostata e un pane con olive - tutto molto gustoso! Noi amiamo i giorni che abbiamo trascorso li.

My name is Ilaria, I have been living in this house since the day of my birth. I live here with my husband, Stefano and my daughter Arianna, who was born in 2010. I studied modern foreign languages at he University of Siena. I can speak English, German and French. I love gardening and literature.

Why they chose this property

When me and Stefano decided to marry and to spend the rest of our life together, we decided to live in the country. We decided to roll up our sleeves and made some structural and functional improvements. in 2008 we thought to put a part of the house at disposal of our guests, in order to give other people the possibility to live close to the nature as we do in our everyday life.

What makes this property unique

I'm pretty sure that my home is really a part of me, because of two important reasons. I've been living here the most part of my life and I've personally attended the renovation in every detail.
The building materials have been choosen among those which are in this ares, as the travertine, which is in the outside pavements, in the walls and even in the washbasin!
