Nice cottage

Overall good stay. Not enough towels for 4 people . Kitchen needs a little more cooking supplies if you plan to do any cooking. Great for the price and location to Cookeville.

One concern

Our stay was good but there is a concern , I would like to address. I = rente=3D d a particular unit and the Information I received was for the wrong P= roper=3D ty, my friend I was to meet arrived before I did and went in and change= d clo=3D thes leaving a brand new pair of hiking shoes with tags still attached = behin=3D d. We realized this the next morning and made arrangements to go back t= o fin=3D d the shoes because that was the only place they could be. They were n= ot th=3D ere=21 After contacting our rep she said she contacted the house clean= er and h=3D e or she knew nothing about the shoes=21 We have arrived back home and= elimin=3D ated the possibility of them being left at home. We feel that someone i= s bei=3D ng dishonest. Just want the shoes back=21=3D20 Sent from my iPhone

BB’s Cottage - a GREAT place

We had a blast, even more so when we were given permission to have a campfire out in the back yard. This is better than any hotel (“Inn” as they are called now). You don’t have to worry about who is in the adjoining room. The place is an older small home with plenty of space. It was neat, clean, cozy, comfy and had just about everything that you would need (except food and beverage, of course). If we had a question, the answer was only a phone call or a text away (with very little wait time for a response). Even though we never met in person, the manager (Jenny) was very helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a great getaway in central Tennessee, this would be the place to go, it is outside of Cookeville but close enough to go shopping, take in the sights and if you wish, eat out. However the mattress in the Master bedroom was not very comfortable, otherwise the only downside of our stay was that it had to come to an end. So sad that it had to come to an end.

Our cozy farmhouse stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The farmhouse is spacious, clean, comfy and except for a bit of nighttime traffic it was very quiet. We had a few issues with cable and little things but they were handled so quickly it never caused any inconvenience. My husband is handicapped and he said he felt very comfortable like home. We will be back in a month and are planning to make this our home away from home when we come to visit our grandchildren twice a year.

We left early

The house sits right off a highway. The inside of the house looks like the pictures shown. There is a business across the street from the front of the house that has a big spot light on a light pole in the parking lot, and it’s pointing towards the house. So when we tried to sleep we couldn’t because it was so bright. The windows don’t have curtains on them, none. There is also a neighbor right next to you. And I mean the driveways are mere feet apart. And their outside dog runs loose and comes over, sits over at the neighbors and barks and growls at yours dogs. We arrived on a Thursday and Saturday morning after coming back from breakfast and seeing a dead cockroach in the kitchen/ laundry room we decided we were done and left. We were exhausted from not being able to sleep and just not enjoying our experience.

Small, worked for family of three

Excellent price. The house was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable enough. Dishwasher and laundry machines are older but worked great. Kitchen worked well for cooking meals.

Quaint on arrival, but wasn’t expecting the nearby highway. Front porch not usable and back porch not yet refinished but adequate for morning coffee if you bring your own chairs. Lovely hiking country for the young set ... we left a few days early

we loved our recent stay at the cottage. Our stay 5/27/19 to 5/29/19 was too short. The lovely town of Cookeville had so much to see and do. The falls can't be missed. Our host was so helpful and the cottage was very homey. We will be back, we just need to stay longer the next time. m. lewis
