Ample, Comfortable space and responsive owner

Had the pleasure of staying in this unit for 2 nights in March (weather was still suitable for skiing then) with 6 other individuals. The unit could comfortably fit 10 to 11 individuals as someone could sleep on the couch. Plenty of bathrooms (3) and space for everyone. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen had every possible cooking item available - more than any other rental I have ever used. Bedding/towels were not prepared on our arrival but the owner was responsive to this matter and had it addressed within 4 hours. Microwave was allegedly not functioning but since each bedroom also had a kitchenette theoretically there may have been a functioning microwave in the unit - we just never got the opportunity to try it out. In unit washer/dryer for clothes that was dirtied while skiing. 2 large balconies for entire group. Hot tubs short walk away. Ski lift about 10 minute walk away. Best ski rental rate was found at Blue River about 15 minute walk away. Parking spot underneath the unit was capable of fitting a Chevy Suburban. Overall very positive experience and would stay here again if I was coming with a group of 10 or 11. 1 king bed in living room was strange but it would work with pretty much any large group. Two other rooms with own bathrooms that would each fit a family.

Great Peak 9 location with plenty of room!

We recently enjoyed a few family ski days at this condo. The way the rooms are set up there was plenty of room for everyone (5 adults, 2 kids), and the location for Peak 9 is great! Lisa, the owner, was quick to reply about a few minor concerns. The negative is the parking, it is a very tight fit for average sized vehicles. Also, the hot tub is not in the same building, but a walk to another building.

Perfect Location, Ample Space, Great Trip

This property was the perfect location for my trip. Steps from both the lifts and all that downtown Breck has to offer. Checked in for a long weekend with 7 other friends and had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. With 3 full baths and countless beds we were never fighting over amenities. When I return to Breckenridge I, without a doubt, will be looking to stay here again.

Great Breckenridge Experience

Very convenient and easy walk to the lift and Main Street. Great for a large group or family. The bedrooms are set up to accommodate couples with kids. The owner was very gracious and always available for questions. The condo was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking. We loved the keypad lock on the door for easy access for the entire group as well as the ski storage in the hallway. The outdoor grill was also benificial for cooking in. Overall great experience for us and we will definitely not hesitate to rent again in the future.

A wonderful time was had by all!

We had 10 people and plenty of sleeping options. We did not even have to use the fold out couch which gave the 5 adults a place to hang after the 5 children had gone to bed. The master was off the living room but we could close the sliding doors and not hear a thing as the kids got up early. The owner supplied a high chair and pack-n-play at no cost. We used the BBQ on the deck which was great cooking for 10. The location was superb. A short walk to the base of the Quicksilver chair. Access to the village was the same walk. We will stay here again anytime.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and again over Christmas! The bedrooms were very spacious with a nice arrangement of beds in each room to accomodate adults and varying ages of kids. Owners were immediately available by phone for any questions. Such a handy unit for being within walking distance to Peak 9, to town, and to the grocery! We walked everywhere we went. The Crepe Eatery was by far our favorite followed by Bubba Gump and Extreme Pizza. It snowed heavily during our stay and the snow removal was fantastic. It was nice being on an end unit. This unit definitely equaled if not surpassed the website description!! Our first priority was to be in very close proximity to town yet be able to feel removed from the town as well. The second was a spacious unit. This unit is a great find for everyone any time of year!! We too, received our deposit back in a very short period of time. LOVED OUR STAY HERE!
