Welcome to the Lift at Breckenridge!

This 2-bedroom / 3-bathroom condo is located just steps from all the action this great ski town has to offer. All within a 3- to 5-minute walk, you can hit the slopes, stroll down Main Street, or peruse the many shops in Main Street Station and surrounding areas. The kitchen, living areas, and all three bathrooms have been newly renovated in a hotel-like, "mountain-chic" style.

Bedroom 1 features two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a separated toilet and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds, one queen sleeper sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with a separated toilet and spa-like shower. The third bathroom is connected to the living area and has a shower.

Prepare your meals in the beautiful galley kitchen with an oversized granite bar (seats 4) and chef-grade appliances. The living area boasts two queen sleeper sofas* and one twin sleeper sofa, and a writer's desk to catch up on work (if you must) or pen your official Breckenridge postcards. The dining room table is configured for 6 but can seat 8 with the built-in leaf and stools provided. Expansive, wall-to-wall windows to light up the space, exposing western views overlooking peaks 8, 9, and 10. The 250 square-foot, wraparound terrace is perfect for morning pictures and après-ski.

Feel like staying in? Relax next to a warm fire in the living room while reading a book, playing board games (many are provided), or catching up on your Netflix subscription**. A smart TV, X1 high-definition cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included. CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL DECEMBER 1, 2018, the redesigned Columbine Pool will be available for your use next ski season, featuring a heated pool and 4 hot tubs (2 indoor and 2 outdoor).

About Thomas

My wife and I have a great love of the outdoors. After many years living up and down the East Coast, we decided to make a move and have been in Denver since 2010. Colorado is a wonderful place to live, play, and raise a family. We have two young children and a dog (pictured here at Carter Park) who all share our affinity for outdoor living. We are all excited to bring this property to the market and share the wonderful experience of Breckenridge with you.

We have managed rental properties since 2008 and love connecting with our guests from all over the country. When others aren't staying here, we love and use this condo as a second home to expose our children to all that the Colorado great outdoors have to offer.

Nicely remodeled

We stayed 5 nights at Warriors Mark. The property is very nicely updated with lots of high end features. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Having 3 bathrooms is especially nice. Easy to walk to Main Street for plenty of shopping and food choices. The owner Thomas was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Great facility in a convenient location

This is a very comfortable facility, provides everything you need. Only miss is no shades on the windows so there is no privacy with the neighbors next door, nor no ability to keep the sun out in the afternoon. Otherwise, this place has everything we needed.

Fantastic weekend get away!

Had a wonderful time in Breck. This condo is in a very quiet area, yet still very close to anything you want to do and has recently been renovated. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Will definitely return!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time here! It was large, clean and perfectly suited for our needs. If you’re here to ski, it was a quick walk to the quicksilver lift as well as Main Street. Large climate controlled ski locker on the first floor made it easy- no need to lug heavy ski equipment up the stairs. Will definitely be returning!
