We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our friend group trip. The house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect ! The staff and management company were so accommodating and amazing. We're already talking about renting again next year !

Great Experience

We had a great experience during our stay in Puerto Vallarta at this property. The concierge Monse was very attentive to our needs, Charlie, Jose and Lupita took very good care of us during our stay. House was very well kept, Charlie is a wonder chef, Jose a great groundskeeper and Lupita very attentive to cleaning and maintaining the house daily. Thank you!

The house need WORK!!

The staff was great! Chef prepared great meals! The house needs a LOT of work! The air conditioner in the common areas did not work which required the windows and doors to be open. Which allowed all the bugs to come in! It was pretty bad! Lucky we had lizards everywhere (inside) to help with the bug invasion. Leaky roof in one of the guest rooms! Leaky fridge and overall just not clean to me or my guest! We actually bought some cleaning supplies to wipe down the kitchen. I have stayed in rentals all over the world this was not the luxury rental expected!!!!

Amazing property and staff with some considerations

The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The food they prepared is delicious. The views are gorgeous. Every suite is completely separate from the others, so no matter what you're doing in your bedroom, most likely others won't hear elsewhere. The staff is there most of the day so if you love to be waited on hand and foot, this property is for you. They will prepare you two meals a day. We opted for breakfast and to have them prepare afternoon snacks we could eat anytime rather than have a formal dinner, which worked great. One of the biggest challenges here is getting to and from. It's not far from town, but it's up a very steep winding road, and a couple ubers even refused to go all the way up and made our friends walk the rest of the way. That's what you get you get a gorgeous property at the top of a hill with amazing views. Just something to know. If you like to come and go to town a lot, you might find this frustrating. One last comment, this property is SO BEAUTIFUL, we never wanted to leave. But we like to go to the beach and shopping, but didn't want to because we wanted to stay at the house. If you want to come and go a lot, I would factor that in your decision.

Great house up on the hill

The four suite house worked out great for two families travelling together, dual masters and extra two rooms with kings and bathrooms. Situated high on the hill overlooking the bay and the city, spent much time floating in the pool / hot tub and enjoying ourselves. On site crew is fantastic.
