Ideal for two couples or a family, the layout includes one king bedroom and one queen bedroom with built-in bunk beds, both with private ensuite bathrooms and dreamy custom showers. 

Your stay includes daily housekeeping and concierge service. The penthouse is accessed via a private exterior staircase, adding to its sense of exclusivity (guests must be comfortable with stairs).

Zorba is the sister property to Mahayana Tulum Beach Homes where we have been hosting guests for many years.

I love the central location and the pristine beachfront. The area is peaceful and relaxing, yet you can discover incredible restaurants and cocktails only steps away.

The Zorba property is lush with a stunning pool and the beachfront is perfect to sit and enjoy the sun, the rising moon, or watch the stars twinkle in the sky above.

What makes this property unique

We offer full service homes. Homes give guests more privacy and space to be together. Our homes are excellent for families and groups.

There are many benefits to having a kitchen! Cold drinks, quick snacks, and it doesn't mean you have to cook. In house chef services available and Taco and Breakfast bar on site for guests only.
