The 2 hard-wired cameras(1 near front door & 1 on the back patio) are NOT functional or hooked up to a digital video recorder. There is a nest doorbell camera at the front door to ensure cleaning crew arrives on time.

Guest access:
We provide self-access to the property to give you privacy during your stay. However, we would be pleased to answer any questions you may have or to assist with any additional accommodations to ensure you and your party make the most of your stay.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages. If you do the pool with not filter properly and will become murky for you and the next guests.

If you want the pool to be heated to 82 degrees, it will be an extra $100 per night booked.

Please do not touch the pool heater, pool valves etc. Temperature can only be changed from our phones. Messing with the pool equipment with cause issues for you and the next guests, which continues to happen and now we'll be enforcing a $500 charge for any issues.

Pool heating will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.

PETS ALLOWED WITH PERMISSION:
We love your furry friends but it’s case by case and there is a non-refundable fee of $125 per dog, per trip. This will need to be collected prior to your stay. Owners, please expect to pick up after them and spray down any areas with a hose during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. We only allow small dogs, no cats.

-$250 fee to have the pool fence put up and assembled.
-Confetti and glitter are not allowed.
-Please do not put tape on the blue wall, stick to trim and baseboards.
-It's okay if you put pool loungers on the lawn. Please return to patio when not in use so they don't get damaged from sprinklers.
-Please strip the used beds and put the towels near the laundry room before checkout if you have time.
-Turn off propane to the grill.
-Put the pool floaties by the pool equipment before you leave.
-Trash pickup comes early Tuesday AM. Please roll out the 6 bins(4 feet apart) Monday night if the cleaners or we do not!!
