Waterfront Oasis in Eastport-Easy Walk to Downtown

Welcome to our Waterfront Oasis in the desirable Eastport section of Annapolis. We feature a main level open floor plan with excellent water views, 4 bedrooms and first level suite with two twins and a second living area. This home is perfectly suited to host a larger family/friend group (Please NO parties or events of any kind.) Water access out the back door, plenty of free no permit required street parking and a quick walk to downtown or USNA. Bring your kayaks/boards for our floating dock.

We feature three full floors , the upstairs area has 4 full bedrooms and two full baths with an open loft/office space. The main level is a spacious open floor plan with updated kitchen and half bath . Downstairs is its own mini apartment with two entrances , laundry , sink , bar , mini fridge and Tv.

The garage and slip are not for guest use. We have active cameras on all exterior access points .The home does not allow pets however the owners labs do visit numerous times throughout the year in case of pet allergies .This is NOT a party house - please read all rules before booking .

ABSOLUTELY no events\ parties ( Bach / ette included ) . No smoking. 10 max people at any given time in the property . Only two cars are allowed in driveway - the rest can do street parking ( guests do not have garage access) .Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time after 9pm. Any violation will result in additional fees and instant termination of rental contract . Property has active cameras on front and back exterior .

Amazing location

This property was beautiful and such a comfortable place to stay… Close to some great restaurants and very walkable to head over the bridge to the city dock-unfortunately check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am which made our stay very short- nonetheless it was a great place to stay right on the water!

Great family stay in a peaceful and beautiful location!

Stayed here with large family, all adults. Great stay, everything was clearly marked and property was in a great location. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Brought our own kayaks and loved the easy access to the dock and bay. Plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Would come back and stay again!!

Nice place - great location

The house was nicely appointed in a quiet neighborhood and fantastic views of the creek. It was very clean and spacious. My only critique is the 2nd queen is actually a pull-out. Otherwise, this is a great place.

Perfect Visit

This house was perfect- location and layout were convenient, home was well maintained and had all needed amenities and little extras to make our stay easy. The property and view were very pretty and we enjoyed sitting on the patios/balconies overlooking the channel. The family wants to plan our trip back already.

Excellent home walking distance to main drag

We enjoyed our trip so much - the house is stocked with everything you need and Main Street is a short walk. Very comfortable - we were 5 friends who went to college again staying for a weekend reunion. Highly recommend!

Great house

This was the perfect house for a business retreat with a small group of 7 cohorts. Accommodations are lovely, the house is well stocked and accommodating with lovely views. Access was a breeze. Hostess was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely return.

Great weekend getaway

My friends and I were so impressed with this rental property. The main floor was open and great for chatting while cooking dinner/breakfast and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The check in and out process was so easy it almost felt wrong! I would recommend this property to everyone, but I think families specifically would love this

Charming Home in Eastport

We loved this property so much, we returned again to stay there this year. Our family enjoyed the water views, open plan floor plan, open kitchen with lots of cooking equipment to satisfy a professional chef.Comfortable beds. Great screened in porch, although we spent the most time on the outdoor deck and waterside Adirondack chairs. Megan provided great customer service. We’ll be back again.

Perfect!

We were hosting an out-of-town speaker and his traveling companions, and the home was just what we needed! The sleeping arrangements were fine and the views amazing, but our favorite part was the ability to gather all of us (10 total) in the living room for some great conversation. We hope to be able to host the same speaker here again next year!

The perfect house to share with friends

We are a group of ten friends who get together every other year somewhere in the U.S.. This trip brought us to the city of Annapolis. The home is close and convenient to both Annapolis and D.C. and in a charming neighborhood. We were able to walk into town with ease. We enjoyed being able to all sit all together in one room comfortably. The kitchen is well-appointed and the back lanai is lovely. If I ever returned to the area, I would like to return to this home.

Wedding in Annapolis

We rented this house with family for a wedding weekend in Annapolis. The house is very nice, well-appointed, and very comfortable (even my 80-year-old parents liked the house, and they are grumpy about everything!). Our favorite part of staying at the house was coffee on the deck in the morning overlooking the water. It's a pretty easy walk from the house into downtown Annapolis (a walk we did several times). The neighborhood is very quiet - so if you are looking for a party spot in Annapolis, this house is probably not the best fit for you.

We were in town for a wedding at the Naval Academy and this house was perfect for a crew...3 couples and a baby. We all had our own spaces and a common spot to come together. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Megan arranged to have a portable crib and high chair delivered and it was waiting for us when we got there. The location was great...we could easily walk into Annapolis or Eastport but were far enough away from the hubbub to enjoy the peace and quiet of the creek.

The home was very well furnished. Kitchen appliances are excellent and pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc, are good quality and plentiful. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice view out the back. Parking is very limited. The owner stresses that only two cars can park in the driveway. For a house that can accommodate 10 people, that can be a problem. All-in-all, am excellent place to stay.

Nice property but some surprises

The property is nice and location is convenient. Generally a good stay with 2 exceptions. 5 days before arrival of 8 adults staying onsite we learned only 2 parking spaces came with property. While we were lucky to find on street parking it would have been helpful to have this info earlier especially since it’s not unreasonable to expect more than 2 cars for 8 adults. Should have been included in original description. When we arrived 3-4 roofers vehicles filled the driveway for over an hour after our 4 pm check in. We arrived after 4 pm and the work continued. Host said it was emergency repair, but offered no recompense, like a slightly later checkout for example. Shingles and roofer nails were left all around the property, including on the decks.

Nice but not clean

House was great but far from professionally cleaned. Dog hairs everywhere. Kitchen floor dirty. Hairbrush found under the bed and a medical tablet in a drawer. Thank goodness no children with us to take it. Kitchen trash container was filthy and so were kitchen baseboards. Also for 5 day stay only 1 set of towels provided and when I called to ask for more towels, I was told to do laundry. Then when we tried to use the grill and it did not work- the prop mgr offered no solution. Stayed at many Vrbo properties this was the first one that was not clean and with such an unaccommodating prop mgr.
