Warm Sands Mid-Century Oasis

Enjoy your own private compound. 3 en-suite bath bedrooms each with 65" Televisions and King luxury bedding. 1/2 bath is located in the main living room. Modern Art and Design opens to your own pool and spa area with mountain views, located in the quiet neighborhood of Warm Sands in South Palm Springs, less than a mile from downtown and all the city has to offer.

Open floor plan to the outside, with a 27 foot glass sliding hideaway door. Casual dining at the six top kitchen bar table, outdoor 6 top, or a formal dining experience for 8 is your choice. The kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need. All travel amenities such as hair dryers, fresh towels, paper goods and bath soaps are provided.

Cook on a full outdoor BBQ kitchen with large grill, sink, two burners and a griddle. Relax on 6 cushioned lounge chairs facing your salt water pool and tanning ledge while an upholstered conversation area for 6 around a fire pit waits for cocktail hour! Or enjoy dinner outside on a 6 top dining table. An extra large heated spa is the perfect way to end an evening.

Perfection!

We’ve traveled for 15 yrs with two other couples. Warm Sands is by far our favorite! Beautiful home with the kindest most accommodating host. This was our 2nd stay and there will certainly be future stays. Beyond expectations!

No Detail Missed

This was easily one of the best designed and well stocked rentals we have ever stayed! Spent a long weekend here for a girls’ trip, and Chad went above and beyond to ensure our visit was a memorable one. Even in 100°+ heat, we spent entire days relaxing in pool, grilled and enjoyed winding down around the fireplace. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfection!

Nothing about this well located rental was short of perfection! Our host, Chad, was helpful but not intrusive. His house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. I can’t think of anything lacking from the two drawers of spices to the double set of washers and dryers to a more than ample supply of coffee. I never have stayed anywhere that was stocked so completely. I also have not slept as well anywhere else thanks to the good beds and linens. The casita was a perfect spot for our adult son. We definitely plan to return to this lovely place!

Warm Sands Paradise

We have rented a lot of homes in a lot of places, but this wins the prize! What a beautiful home! Every detail is meticulous - from the kitchen that is stocked as well as our own, to the outdoor areas that are pristine, to each bedroom/bathroom suite that is welcoming, comfortable, and perfectly outfitted. The stunning decor of the main room is so beautiful that friends who stopped by didn't want to leave! And the ability to walk into town, up the street for a Townie bagel or an stroll through the antique/vintage shops, or a little bit further to find a good hike - you just can't beat the location. Chad is incredibly responsive to every message, and does everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. He is a wonderful host who takes his role seriously, and we really appreciated that! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay here. The owner has everything very well stocked, the kitchen has every possible seasoning and condiment you would need. The pool furniture and the multiple umbrellas were amazing to have. Very private yard. We highly recommend this property.

A perfect retreat !

Wonderful place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The owner was so accommodating.. he met a relative in our group , showed her around and said to text him anytime . We ended up contacting him a few times and he responded immediately. The house is private, gated and stocked with everything you need( even spices ,coffee ,tea). It’s decorated beautifully. The backyard is a perfect place to spend an afternoon. I highly recommend!

Stress Free and Beautiful

A perfect Palm Springs getaway. Chad was perhaps the best host we've ever had with VRBO. The house is fun to be in and the pool and spa are heaven. Surprisingly close to everything. Really can't do better than this.

Great family vacation

Our family was fortunate to be able to stay 8 nights here including Christmas holiday. The house is every bit as nice as the pictures show. Over the top really. As others have commented, kitchen had everything including well stocked spices and condiments (even had horseradish for our Christmas prime rib roast). Chad was the best host. Genuinely cared that we had what we needed and always available by text to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay again.

Paradise in Palm Springs

We absolutely loved this home!This was the perfect place for our family vacation with our two adult sons. We had plenty of space to spread out and also be together. The pool and hot tub were sparkling and the perfect temp (loved the swan in the pool!) Plus so many loungers and umbrellas, we felt like we were at a spa. Lots different areas to hang, too, including the fire pit and bar-b-que area. Inside, the kitchen was super well stocked with everything we needed. Loved all the art and having the piano. The location is great ... walking distance to a bunch of vintage stores, and close enough to quickly be downtown. Chad (homeowner) was wonderful, his attention to every detail amazing. We highly recommend staying here!

Exceptional House

We loved this house - incredibly well appointed and clean. The indoor/outdoor flow is perfect and the backyard is lovely. Our party of six enjoyed the pool and spa daily. Chad is a terrific host.

Outstanding property

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend at 12 Warm Sands. Chad met us at the house to get us acquainted with the home. This is by far the best VRBO we have rented. The home is fully stocked with spices, coffee, coffee maker, french press, any cooking item you may require and plenty of dishes/glasses. The outdoor area is reminiscent of a boutique hotel all to yourself. We lounged by the pool, grilled in the backyard and spent most of our time enjoying the many hummingbirds that visit the yard. I cannot say enough about this property!

COVID Getaway

Fabulous artwork, comfortable house, beds and lots of linens. Gourmet kitchen with lots of amenities that we used during our stay vacation. We spent lots of time in the pool with provided pool floats even in 120 degree weather. Chad, property manager/owner was amazing. Always available and helpful with surrounding recommendations. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home!!

The Warm Sands Mid-Century Oasis home was truly amazing. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved every bit of the home. The pictures listed are very accurate and it feels like you are at your own private resort. The hot tub was perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of and more. We can't wait for another opportunity to come visit this beautiful home. Chad made the entire check in process convenient and provided helpful info on restaurants and local fare. The house is fairly close to downtown, and we ended up taking Uber each time we went into town, grocery store, and the airport. Most trips were $7 downtown and $12 to/from the airport. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home and we can't wait to return someday.

Absolutely Perfect Property

This is a vacation home that I'd rather keep a secret. However, Chad deserves acknowledgement for creating such a masterpiece. Thoughtful conversation areas, perfectly manicured landscape, an incredible fire pit and 100% privacy make this vacation rental one of the best we have ever stayed at. An entire wall of glass opens up to the backyard, creating amazing indoor/outdoor space. The kitchen is stocked and there are built-in speakers throughout. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home is spotless. We can't wait to return!
