This 3 bedroom home is located one block from where Tennessee Williams home was located. The home has a true historic flavor including the neighborhood. Lush garden with outside pool and Jacuzzi for enjoyment and relaxation. The backyard is fenced for privacy. Inside offers large living room with soaring ceilings, private bedrooms and full size kitchen with dining room overlooking the pool.
One off street parking spot for your use. Located close to the beaches and downtown area. Great local restaurants- El Siboney on Catherine Street is in the area as well as a locally owned grocery store-Faustos. Live like a local "conch" and stay in the ambiance and charm on Duncan Street Property.

Note: The property is set up for no contact check-in. The unit has been cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning company prior to your arrival. If Key West closes to tourists due to COVID related travel shutdown, you will recieve 100% refund minus credit card fee of 3.5%.

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this beautiful home! Best vacation/retreat we’ve ever had! Great place. Every convenience and comfort. Great pool. Great location for accessing all of beautiful Key West, but still private and out-of-the-way. Owner was awesome in terms of responsiveness. (Our chihuahua loved it as well!)

Good location, poor service

We enjoyed the house even though the air conditioning was poor. The house was always warm, hard to sleep. The property manager operated on the process of, " figure it out on your own ". She was more worried about if I was leaving early. Probably because she rented it out under the table if I checked out early. The owners should seek new management.
