Lejligheden ligger på fjerde etage (med elevator) i en Haussmannian-bygning i Fjerde Arrondisement, Marais. Det er næsten støder op til Paris Hotel de Ville.

Det er inden for en kort gåafstand fra mange af seværdighederne i Paris (Tour St Jaques, Notre Dame, Louvre, George Pompidou, Marais, St. Paul og Bastille-for at nævne nogle få). Det er en otte minutters gang over Seinen til venstre bred.
Hotel de Ville metrostation ligger tredive meter væk, og der er mange busstoppelser fra Hotel de Ville og Chatelet, der giver adgang til alle større stationer og de fleste seværdigheder i Paris.

Lejligheden har plads til fire gæster og er for nylig blevet renoveret. Det har to soveværelser (hver med en dobbeltseng), en stue, et kontor / spisestue og et lille velindrettet køkken. Det har meget effektiv opvarmning, men ingen aircondition.

Fantastic Location!

Great stay! Superb location - may have been more space than 2 people needed so that's on us. Only one tiny complaint was that the toilet room reminded me of an bathroom on an airplane, almost bump head on the door when sitting down and used the kitchen sink to wash hands since it was tricky to turn around. Host was communicative and Natasha was great for recommendations.

Perfect Location

A beautiful Paris apartment near metro and bikes. We enjoyed walks along the Seine and restaurants nearby. I will go again.

Perfect location

Perfect location for food and shopping. Easy to check in. Very safe. Lift is small but can carry suitcases. Quiet and clean. Perfect resting place for our 10 day stay. Easy walk to metro, notre dame and our favorite breakfast place, Kozy. Perfect for my mom, 10 year old and I. Would highly recommend

Wonderful location

This was a family trip to Paris with my daughters and mother. Natasha met us at the apartment and was very helpful and gracious. The apartment is located within steps of the metro and many restaurants, and stores. Could not have asked for a better location. We were equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and ate at many of the recommended restaurants listed in the welcome packet. We loved our stay!

A week in Paris

We loved this apartment. It was perfect for the 4 of us and had everything one would need for a week's stay. The location was great and the owners were very helpful without being intrusive. Highly recommend it!

Apartment in the heart of Paris

Our hosts were wonderful, letting us check in early. The apartment is long with plenty of room between bedrooms, and the 4 of us had lots of space. The location is fabulous, just across the bridge from Notre Dame. Natasza couldn’t have been more helpful.

Another wonderful stay on Rue de Rivoli

Love this apartment. The location is superb, communication prior/during is excellent, apartment is well maintained and very clean. This was my second stay, first time for 5 nights, 2 weeks this time. Hope to return again!

Not fancy, but perfect location and we had a great time

This apartment has two bedrooms separated by a living room and dining room, so it is quite private between the two sleeping areas. There is a small kitchen which is well equipped. Nothing is fancy in this space, but everything was comfortable. There is only one toilet, in a very small space separate from the shower and laundry area in the foyer. We ate several meals here and cooking was simple in the kitchen. The location is literally above the Hotel de Ville metro stop. The space was very quiet--excellent windows--, despite being on the Rue de Rivoli (no car traffic now except buses and taxis). Walk to the Louvre in 10 min, Notre Dame in 5 min. There is a small elevator, which helps with luggage--the space is on the 4th floor. I would stay here if you are not fussy about having a glamorous accommodation but are looking for nice and easy, close to everything and clean.

Fantastic stay

We were two mothers and teenage daughters visiting Paris for spring break and this apartment was great. Natasza was welcoming and kind upon our arrival. We loved the location and how we could explore the nearby neighborhood or far corners of the city and come back to this central location to recharge. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Paris

In spite of mounds of trash and demonstrations, overhyped by the media, our Paris visit was great. Location was central and convenient. Apartment was spacious and well stocked. Thank you Jack and Natasza for ensuring such a wonderful visit. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent place and location!

This apartment was exactly like the pictures and the description was accurate. VERY centrally located and literally steps to the Metro station. We enjoyed having enough room for a family of 4 as well as being able to enjoy meals at the apartment before and/or after long days of sight-seeing around the beautiful city of Paris.

Authentic central apartment

Seemed like an authentic Haussmann experience in a very central location. Apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 3 and the host and Natasha the local contact were very responsive. Possibly not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs (or very compact lifts).

Excellent choice

The apartment couldn’t be in a more convenient or central location. Easy walking distance to numerous attractions, with a Metro station literally on the doorstep if preferred. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had a well-appointed kitchen. Natasha was very informative about the area when we arrived and attentive to our needs during our stay. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, but loud with city noise

We enjoyed our stay very much. Not being city people, the noise was very loud. Constant sirens from police just trying to get through traffic. But, with the windows closed, it was very warm but quieter. Chose your comfort level, open or shut. It is centrally located close to many of the famous sites and many restaurants, bakeries, groceries, the Seine River, etc. The washer was nice to have since we will be traveling for 5 weeks.

Perfect Location and wonderful apartment

What a wonderful place!! It is in the best location. Close to Museums and cafes. We had the most wonderful time. The apartment was well-appointed and there was nothing we were lacking. The owners were wonderful to work with, very quick with their responses, and receptive to all my questions. The check-in process we super easy. Natasha, who is the caretaker and meet us at check-in, could not have been any more wonderful. Besides showing us all around the apartment, she told us places to eat and the best bar around the corner with a great happy hour and generally gave us the lay of the land around the apartment. I can not say enough about the wonderful time we had. Don't hesitate to book this place!! Oh, the view from the master bedroom is amazing!

Our recent stay in Paris was elevated to an extraordinary experience thanks to our accommodation on Rue de Rivoli. Nestled in the heart of the city, this elegant apartment surpassed all expectations and left us enchanted by its charm and sophistication One of the highlights of our stay was the unbeatable location of the apartment. Situated on Rue de Rivoli, we were just steps away from some of Paris's most iconic landmarks, including the Louvre Museum. We relished the opportunity to explore the neighborhood, with its charming cafes, boutiques, and galleries waiting to be discovered around every corner. Last but not least, we were deeply impressed by the hospitality of our host Natasha. She was so attentive, providing us with invaluable recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and exploring the city. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort made our stay truly unforgettable. In conclusion, our stay on Rue de Rivoli was a Parisian dream come true. From the exquisite accommodations to the prime location and exceptional hospitality, it exceeded all expectations and left us with memories to last a lifetime. Great stay in the heart of Paris

First off, Natasha is wonderful and very hospitable. She really tries to make sure you feel welcome. Everything in the listing is accurate. However the place is bigger than the pictures show. There is a small parlor when you enter the front door with a toilet room to the left and the kitchen straight and to the left. A living area is straight ahead to the right. It is a good size with huge 2 meter high by 1 meter wide windows that provide great airflow. It also has a couple small loveseats and a TV. Off of that room is bedroom 1 with another 2 large windows. And in the opposite direction a dining area with another large window. The dining area is directly adjacent to a shower room with vanity. The shower is the largest I’ve personally seen in Paris. There is also a clothes washer in the area. Last, and also attached to the dining area is the second bedroom with another 2 large windows, 1 overlooking Rue de Rivoli. This window lets great breezes in at night. I will warn however, Paris does have mosquitoes. So be weary when leaving windows open for long periods. Despite some mosquito bites, it was well worth it to have the windows open overnight with the cool breezes. Even when it reached 30c outside, the fans and windows kept it very nice inside. Being on the 4th floor you get good airflow. There is a small elevator so you don’t have to drag your luggage up the stairs. The neighborhood is also nice, with plenty of cafes, pastry shops and a metro steps away.
