This two-story log home offers a newly added game room, double sliding patio doors face lakeside leading to the large covered porch featuring several southern style rocking chairs. The beautiful interior lodge decor wraps this resort cabin in comfort and style throughout!

The covered front porch with white Dixie style rocking chairs offers that warm southern greeting as you step through the double set of sliding patio doors into this big, beautiful log home. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, with floor-to-ceiling stone gas burning fireplace is the perfect complement to any family gathering or entertaining. There's plenty of seating in the living room for everyone and the new leather ottoman actually opens up into a single bed. Peak in side the closet and you'll find a huge array of games for all ages!

The kitchen at Rustic Retreat gives all new meaning to "fully stocked". There's gadgets and appliances not often found in your typical up north cabin. It has been conveniently layed out with your comfort in mind! In 2018, even a second refrigerator was added to the kitchen! Now there's plenty of space to keep drinks and water bottles cold, and still have room for the groceries.

A log spindle railing offers exposure to the second level of the home which features two bedrooms separated by a full bath and a sitting area with sofa sleeper and television. This area provides that little bit of privacy for early morning risers.

Don’t care to climb the carpeted steps? Then enjoy the convenience of two additional bedrooms on the main floor, and full bath and a half along with a stackable washer and dryer.

Just for an added bonus, the lower level of the home features a fully carpeted rec room, with foosball, pool table, poker/game table and television! It's the perfect spot for rainy days, a little friendly competition or a place for the kids to just hang out!

Should others wish to travel with you, our 2 to 5 bedroom cottages are all tastefully furnished and carpeted. Kitchens or kitchenettes are well equipped for cooking, including microwave ovens, toasters and coffee pots. The cottages have thermostatically controlled gas heat for your comfort and all have fireplaces. There are color cable televisions in each unit, some with a VCR and some with a DVD player. Also furnished with each cottage is a 14 foot aluminum row boat, life jackets and cushion, picnic table, grill, lawn chairs, above-ground fire pits and professionally laundered bed linens.

Leisure Lodge Condominiums is a resort of 13 cabins on the south east corner of the lake. Guests of Rustic Retreat can take full advantage of the numerous amenities the resort has to offer, like the sand volleyball court lakeside, the tennis court, shuffleboard, boat launching ramp with dock, paddleboat, sandy beach with excellent swimming, canoe and fish cleaning house with lights and running water.

Big St. Germain Lake hosts almost any kind of water activity you can imagine.
