"Pelican Watch is undergoing extensive renovation this year, and construction crews are on site Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-5PM. During these times, noise, debris, dirt, and dust will likely be experienced. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool will be closed due to safety concerns, and direct access to the beach may be limited at times. The indoor pool will remain open, and the beach can still be accessed via the town parking lot next to the building."

Great unit with nice decor and amazing view. It's roomy and having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. We enjoyed the beach and outdoor & indoor pools. Having BBQ grills onsite is an added bonus. Owner provided instructions prior to our arrival for checking in and out so everything went smoothly.

We had a fantastic stay. Paul was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. The condo is very nice and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped with necessary items for eating in. There are many food options close by as well. The condo is on the beach, the view from the balcony is amazing!

Stayed over Memorial weekend/week. The view from balcony is amazing. Nice, clean condo with everything you would need. Great location and easy access to the beach. There ware extra beach chair and an umbrella to use on the balcony. Paddle boards for kids. Easy communication with the owner. Would stay there again.

Beach week

We had a good week of weather and the view from the 10th floor was awesome. The patio is a good size to enjoy sitting out. The unit was a good size with bedrooms and Internet and furnishings. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a bit of updating but very usable. I would definitely recommend.
