Nice little two bedroom basement very close to University of Oregon Portland! Very convenient for NWILL conference stay. Close to plenty of restaurants as well. Communication with host was perfect! Thank you for all the information on my stay!

Lots of notes from the host, I tried my best to do all that was asked. Place was nestled in a secret garden full of plants, birds, and squirrels. The setting was lovely. It's a little odd not to have a bathroom sink and to share the sink with the kitchen, but if you are visiting Portland you won't be spending your time indoors. There was coffee and thoughtful snacks. Would stay there again. No laundry facilities in unit if that's important to you.

Nice neighborhood. Good food around. The apartment was fine. The twin beds are beat up and mostly springs. Bathroom is in the kitchen and closed off by a closet door. They mention the spiders in the rules that are sent for checkin and they are in fact large and all around. If it’s raining you will not have access to the covered patio. They highlight that it is only for another rentable unit on the property. The yard is pretty with lots of plants.

Beautiful neighborhood!

A friend and I stayed here to go visit Adelman farm in Salem. This neighborhood is so beautiful, full of moms and dads walking with their children, and walking distance to great food & coffee.Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!!

Property was as advertised (very neat, clean and quiet), owner communication was outstanding, and we enjoyed visiting with the kitties in their outdoor rec room as we passed by them! Neighborhood was great too. Highly recommend this property!!

Cute and Cozy Stay

The space was very cute and cozy, the perfect place for a couple or two friends. It had plenty of amenities for the size of the space and was walking distance to bus lines and plenty of places to eat.

Great place and excellent location

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the beautiful, cozy, and comfortable vacation rental in a wonderful location in Portland. The outdoor space and the house itself are clean and neat, and the hosts were promptly responsive to our questions. It was worth the cost!

Cozy place in a great area of Portland

I came into town to spend some time with my daughter. This last sting was comfortable, clean, and very affordable. Great place to stay. I highly recommend it!
