For large groups, there is nothing at the beach that compares to this big, beautiful new home! This upscale property is an easy walk to the beach, with all the amenities necessary to enjoy yourself without ever leaving the house. The stunning outdoor patio area features a spacious screened-in lanai, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertaining. One side offers a hand-carved dining table with seating for 12, while the other side invites you to unwind with comfortable lounge furniture around an outdoor fireplace and 65-inch television. All of this overlooks a luxurious and private resort-style pool (which can be heated from early spring to late fall!), complete with charming fountains, surrounded by a paver patio with ample seating areas. The area features professional landscaping, an outdoor shower and a fully fenced yard for privacy and tranquility.

Family Beach Trip for 19
The property was very well equipped for our entire family ranging from 3-84 years of age, along with our dog. It was perfect because it had a pool, and was close to the beach. It was also biking/walking distance to the boardwalk. For those that wanted to shop there were plenty of outlet stores close by.

Best week!
We had our extended family stay here as a transition from 20+ years in the Outer Banks. One of the only houses with a pool to accommodate our group in the area. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean, equipped, even had some of the items we as guests needed to provide there as well. There were two washer dryers to keep the clean suit and towels coming too which was nice to keep up with the 8 kids we had!! It was close to Dewey and Rehoboth which made it nice for variety of boardwalk activities and dinners. The pool was incredible for the kids, clean and such a great thing to have. Thanks to Marcia and Rich for welcoming us to their home- we’ll 100% be back!!
