Completely renovated with all brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures. Hardwood floors thru out and central heat and AC. Fireplace and 2 big screen TV's. Too many upgrades to describe. Completely furnished. Plenty of parking Fenced in back yard. Main street downtown Hill City, SD. Walk to all stores and restaurants.

Ken was a great host and always available if needed! Home has lots of space for small and large families! Absolutely great location to soo many attractions in the area. Pretty well appointed house, kitchen could use better cooking pots!… Back yard was great, but not accessible directly from house. No covered parking.Great patio for late afternoon and evening. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance!Hill City Steam train right across the street… great fun for families!We loved it… would recommend to families.

The house is tiny you can barely maneuver around the beds which were uncomfortable.if you are tall, plan on banging your head if you go upstairs or downstairs. We had to haul the tv from the basement and use our own apps to be able to watch television. The house is rated for for 11 people which is fine if everyone stays in bed and you should consider if you can get that many people out of the house by the 10 am check out which you won't know till you arrive and you read the fine print. He is nice when everything is ok, can get rude quickly.. he will charge you 55 per 1/2 hour for being late

The guest is mad because I charged them $55 because they checked out 46 minutes late and acted indignant. My rating from 94 reviews is 9.6. Never had a guest not know the check out time.They just didnt care. The house is 2000sf with 9ft ceilings on main level, not tiny. The listing clearly says check out by 10 which is standard. I arrived at 10:15 and the guest and merely said check out is at 10 and left the property. I had a check in that day. I guess that is being rude. TV was working fine I always check before hand. The guest said nothing about the TV even though I always meet the guests and say I live right down the road pls call me with any issues. All the bedrooms are big. The upstairs bedroom has one side slanted.

The location is perfect! The home is so cozy and clean. Ken is prompt to respond to questions and is so accommodating. I appreciate his hospitality and the work he puts into this property for people to enjoy. I would love to stay here again if we end up in Hill City for another event.

Friendly host. Great location in Hill City. Close to downtown, coffee, walking trail, and grocery. We barely used our car. Pet friendly and clean. Can’t wait to get back.

Fabulous house and location!

We all very much enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and perfect for two families to stay. It was very well stocked, too. Loved the location and beautiful hiking trail nearby! So happy we chose to stay here.

Great location in the heart of the Hills. Lots of quiet space-3 floors and I couldn't hear anything going on downstairs on the main level while I was upstairs napping.

What an awesome cute home we stayed at

Very nice place and was a cute remodelthey did. Everything we needed was provided and we had plenty of room to let our 2 grandsons run and play. I would definitely stay there again.
