This exquisitely appointed condo has lots of updates and comfortable furnishings throughout. Get ready to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as spectacular sunsets from the large private balcony. Enjoy the calmness from your master bedroom overlooking the crystal white sandy beaches and sparkling emerald waters... and don't forget the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on the beach as you sleep.

Tastefully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath + bunk room will sleep up to 8 adults. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Everything you need, plus the kitchen sink will make meals a breeze. The open layout will provide plenty of room for entertaining family and friends.

Our private walkway leads you to one of the least crowded areas of the beach. Your day at the beach can include sunbathing, sleeping, reading, swimming, walking, running, surfing or parasailing. Check out the storage closet for all your beach supplies, even beach towels! Don't want sand in your toes or sea salt in your hair? Then feel free to enjoy the private swimming pool which is heated in the winter, a hot tub, and picnic area with charcoal grills. After working out in the fitness center, hop on one of the three elevators to the condo. You already worked out, so no need for more steps! We have 1 designated parking space, and there is open, first come first serve parking available for guest use.

Perdido Key is a hidden treasure located along the Gulf Coast, approximately 15 miles west of Pensacola, Florida, and 8 miles east of Orange Beach, Alabama and the famous Flora Bama bar and grill. More than 60% of Perdido Key is protected land as part of either the Gulf Island National Seashore or Perdido Key State Recreation Park. Activities include a variety of water sports, biking, hiking, arts, history, golf, fishing, and festivals! ***Great Biking & Picnicking*** The beautiful white beaches are 2nd to none and there are plenty of excellent restaurants, beach bars and shopping in the area.

This condo was perfect. My two kids loved the bunk beds. The Condo is very inviting and felt like home. View from the 10th floor balcony is great. The parking spot was extremely convenient for access to the elevators and the beach. The storage closet with a plethora of beach toys/accessories was very nice as well. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights and the entire stay was great. The condo is in good condition-needs some minor maintenance and some applicable updates- but didn’t affect our stay. Recommend for family like ours who wants space for up to 6 with a great view. Solid communication and check in was easy. Book now without hesitation

My family appreciated the nicely furnished unit with all the basic needs you have at home in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The view of the Gulf was wonderful and if the weather had cooperated, we would have loved to use the outdoor area. Contact was maintained prior to the visit and at arrival to assure everything was as we expected. When planning future trips to this area, I will certainly be sure to check availability of this property!

Wonderful, start to finish!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We enjoyed ourselves as mush the second time as we did the first. The weather wasn’t as great as we would have liked but there were plenty of board games and other toys to keep our littles busy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need cook a great meal. We forget filters for the coffee pot, but guess what, they had those for us to use, too.

Perfection in Perdido Key!

This place was perfect from beginning to the end! We were able to check in three hours early! We were sad to leave! Everything from the assigned parking spot right beside the elevators, rolling carts beside the elevators to pack your luggage on, closet full of beach toys and the beach access was perfectly convenient!! We have two teenage boys now, but this would have been amazing when they were younger. Just a few steps to everything! The condo was lovely! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with many extras. The vibe of the entire place makes you feel like you are on vacation! We will definitely be returning to this condo / or Windemere merely for the lack of effort that we had to give all week long! Hidden gem! PERFECT condo and vacation spot!

Absolute perfection

From the moment we pulled into the condo, we could tell it was very well maintained. When we got to our home for the week, it was so nice to walk in and take in the amazing view! The rooms were great and everything was clean. Beach and pool access was easy and we enjoyed the fact the beach service was behind families who needed to be closer to the water with little ones. Only had one issue with the battery going dead in the lock to the front door but maintenance was called and had it done within minutes. Looking forward to going back next year.

Family vacations are something we look forward to each and every year. Getting the kids and grandchildren together, laughing, making great memories. Two of my favorite things, family and beach!

Why they chose this property

We both fell in love with the calm feel in Perdidio Key. For us it was "Just another day in paradise". The beauty and sounds of the beach. Minutes from our door and we're on the beach ready for our morning walk. Being able to ride bikes on great paths just steps from our front door. Being within minutes to Big Lagoon State Park, Perdido Key State Park, and Gulf State Park. There is also no shortage of great golf courses for Jim! We can take a short drive and check out Pensacola or Destin, then head back home to calmness. In Perdidio Key our days can be full of relaxation or adventure.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our condo the first time we saw it. It had just been updated and was never used as a rental. It felt like "home".. but home with a beautiful view! The beach is private which offers plenty of room for sand castles and playing. Having the additional "bunk room", I could see all our grandchildren loving their sleepovers with us at the beach. This condo will bring many great memories of sun, sand, and most important, time spent with those we love.
