Great, relaxing place to stay!

The layout of this place is perfect for family and friends. Plenty of space to lay around, but the open floor plan means the conversation can keep going wherever you are. I would definitely book this place again!

The siblings love to stay at Sunriver. This house was at a very nice location. We enjoyed looking over the gulf course. The house was very clean and quiet. It is also very close to the river walk which is always a nice spot. Very comfortable and peaceful stay.

The property was beautiful. Right on the golf course. The deck wrapped 2/3 of the house and even though it rained we spent time on the deck with hot drinks. Nice and quiet location.Sunriver is laid out kind of funky so take a navigator and your patience when moving about.

Beautiful Home

We so enjoyed our stay and the service from Bennington was impeccable. My only gripe, and it’s small, is the 10am checkout and the 5pm check in. But with the size of the home and how clean it was, the times make sense. Thanks for a fabulous home.

We loved this house! It’s spacious with the perfect layout for an adult family getaway. The interior could use a little updating but it had all of the amenities we needed. The hot tub was a bonus! The location was ideal for some peace and quiet.

Lovely House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is very large and was able to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked every night of our trip. It had everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble working the fireplace in the master bedroom, however. Overall, it was perfect for us and our three adult children and their significants!

Tired House

This house needs work. We had to get the wifi router replaced while there as it was old (and were without wifi for 2 days). The dishes don't fit in the dishwasher and therefore don't get clean. It's a big house but there is only 8 sets of silverware. The deck needs repair with warped board and screws sticking up. The couch in the family room is uncomfortable. Just so many things wrong. The location is good and other things too but it needs a general "pick me up".

Nice, large place

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and large enough for our group. My suggestion is that the property management or owner provide some of the little things that prevent the guests from having to go to the store. For instance, laundry detergent. It is cheap to provide to the guests, but really inconvenient for the guests if they have to either bring their own or go all the way to the store for it. Another example is travel shampoo. Cheap and easy to provide it, very inconvenient for the guests if they have to go to the store for it. Otherwise, great stay and we enjoyed the house.

Great remote learning week and play in Sunriver

Great house for the kids to conduct homeschooling remotely. Internet was strong enough to handle zoom calls all day for 3 kids. Left us plenty of time to get out on the trails and enjoy all Sunriver has to offer after school and the weekends. Great location on the 18th Fairway of the woodlands. Quiet and very close to the river. Well laid out floor plan and well stocked with everything a family needs. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

This is a lovely home, immaculately clean with plenty of space for our whole family to spread out and have their own space. When we arrived the hot tub was cold but I contacted Bennington properties and they sent someone to fix it within 30 mins. Thank you Lisa, very much appreciated. The bikes were used every day and the view of the golf course, along with the family of deer who grazed in the garden, added to the sense of relaxation. We had a great time and will definitely rent this home again and would recommend it especially during these stressful times.
