Located in the serene, quieter area of the resort, this 2,464 sq. ft. home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, offering the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and fun. With an open floor plan and updated furnishings, it's the ideal spot for making lasting memories.

As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by large windows and vaulted wood ceilings, flooding the space with natural light. The well-appointed kitchen serves as the heart of the home, with a beautiful granite island and bar stools for casual dining. It opens seamlessly to the dining and living areas, making it easy for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. After dinner, relax in the cozy living room by the gas fireplace, or enjoy a movie on the big screen TV.

Outdoor Relaxation and Fun

The living room opens to a spacious deck complete with a gas BBQ and patio seating, perfect for outdoor meals. After a day of exploring the Sunriver bike trails, unwind in your private hot tub while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The owners have severe allergies to pets, ensuring that your stay will be free of any pet-related concerns.

Great time with family. 12 of us fit comfortably. Great hot tub. Would have been good to have a smart TV and also a Bluetooth music option for evening gatherings - but it worked out fine. A little far from the action in Bend, but a beautiful spot in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood.

Would definitely stay again

Came to Sunriver for a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. The house was great couple little things could have been better but would definitely stay there again. To top off I left my pillows by accident and they went to the trouble of locating my pillow cases that had already gone to the laundry service and mailing them to me!

Great Ski house

A spacious and clean house, albeit a little dated (old kitchen appliances). Close to Sunriver village amenities including SHARC, fort rock park, and market/restaurants. The hot tub was great and kept heat well. The beds were fine. There were some lights out on the exterior which I had to replace so we could see safely. Overall a good deal for money.

The space/layout was great, kitchen stocked pretty well and having A/C was wonderful. Great central location. We would stay there again.

Great stay

Awesome property and value. Only complaint is the checkin process with the property manager. They said they were still cleaning the house even though we drove by the property and nobody was there. They still refused to let us check in and were a bit snippy with us—we were staying at Sunriver for our wedding and they wouldn't allow us to even drop off our bags at the house. The house itself was great though, no complaints there! Just poor checkin experience with the property management company.

Know that there are several departments that need to check the home even after it is cleaned. We have to coordinate with housekeeping, inspectors, hot tub, and maintenance. Although no one was at the home, those departments do need to verify that the home is ready. It does look like we were able to get you into the home an hour early free of charge. Again, we do apologize if someone seemed curt and was abiding by the process that is in place to ensure the readiness of the home. We hope that you will come to visit Sunriver again soon.

Great place, EV Charger not currently functional for most folks.

This was a great place for a group of 4 friends on our annual ski trip. No issues other than the advertised EV Charger is not a practical option for most folks. It's currently a 3 prong Nema 10 50R receptacle which is not advised for EV charging as it lacks a dedicated ground. It's a safety hazard and should be replaced with a Nema 10 50 like an RV charger. Hope the Owners understand this and upgrade the receptacle, as this is a clutch feature for anyone looking to rely on that instead of driving to Bend or LaPine for a fast DC charge.

Such a great place... a few issues you need to be aware of before

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great house, but it will take forever to get warm water in the master. The house is GREAT, great big and open, but so much wasted water if you need the extra bathroom to wash your face or take a is sadness. I kept looking for the helicopter while talking to my friends in the hot tub, it was the hot tub! The washing machine is same, but shut the door. There is a note in the fridge to explain why you believe it is not very cold, and the oven is tiny like apartment size. The oven looks big in the picture, so if you do not care about cooking there are enough good things to overcome the tiny stove that takes 10-15 minutes longer to bake the cake, and that the burners do not fit the stove top, therefore pan not level. Home is clean, good sound system and nice location to the Village, and easy access to 97. Unless the neighbor is the owner, they must hate that hot tub! Very clean, both upstairs and main bathroom could use a new calking TLC job, water issue with master explains why it doesn't. Furniture and carpet were in great condition, general condition rating has to do .with hot tub and appliances. I liked the big open room, but not sure if I will stay here again in all honesty.

Great Location Disappointing Amenities and Details

Home is in a great location is very spacious and has excellent sleeping accommodations. The kitchen is well stocked. The ad states sleeps 11, yet there were only 6 towels for all of us. The home is not maintained well, the grill was filthy and would not heat up because of build up, which ultimately caught on fire. Two of the bikes were not usable. The hot tub was filthy. The speaker wires on the entertainment system were not connected and are exposed wires. Small details were missing, like soap dishes, towel hangers, pillowcases, shampoo and soap were not good quality. Also, there was no hand sanitizer or disinfectant in this COVID 19 world. This is a great house, but we paid a premium for the extras that were missing.

Hello Marti, We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location, spacious feel and sleeping spaces and well stocked kitchen. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the maintenance of the home. This home usually gets good reviews regarding this! We do stock starter sets of toiletries for guests that are individually wrapped for safety, but we do recommend bringing personal toiletries beyond those. We are taking measures that exceed the CDC guidelines for cleaning which includes a spray sanitizer for all hard surfaces as well as soft upholstery type surfaces, but do not provide hand sanitizer as that is something that guests do bring for themselves. The towel supply for the home is 11 bath towel sets, and 11 spa towel sets as that is the occupancy for the home. Usually the extras that are not hanging in the bathrooms are found in the linen storage or in the laundry room. I apologize if this was not the case. Anytime, you stay with us and find something that would make your stay better, we encourage guests to call us as we have staff available around the clock that are ready and willing to help if anything is needed during your stay. I am sorry that you were disappointed as it is our goal to facilitate a great vacation stay for our guests!

Bigger than expected

Reviewer Comments: The home was great, much bigger than we had expected, although there was plenty of room for at least 2 king size beds but for some reason they chose to only put Queens in there. Great to have the hot tub and bbq! Considering I own a cleaning business, I’m very particular about cleanliness. Overall, it was very clean but I would suggest a little touchup on edges of bath floors, tops of light switches, and walls once in a while. Much better than many hotels that I’ve stayed at. We had a fantastic stay and I would still highly recommend this home!

Great home for family get together

The master suite, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom are on the main floor along with the kitchen, great room, and laundry room. The upstairs has adjacent rooms - the loft with twin beds and a bedroom with a twin bed and a queen bed, and another full bathroom. Our party was comfortable with adults staying on the main floor and kids upstairs. The house is located near Circle 4, and includes 5 adult bikes, 1 youth bike, and 1 children's bike. It would have been nice if the house had SHARC passes. We went to the SHARC one day and Sunriver Lodging only reimburses 50% up to $50 per day. The house had everything else we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very cozy, hot tub water could have been cleaner. Sunset lodging was second to none on there customer service! Hands down the best rental agency I've got through.

Great Vacation Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. All beds were comfortable and we were glad to have air conditioning. Also, the staff at Sunset was great from start to finish.

Perfect for large groups

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house! We enjoyed eating outside on the large deck and the big family room for our family of 9 (plus two young kids). Plenty of room to have your own space, bikes to ride, and a spa to relax in. We will be back.
