OCEAN FRONT HOME WITH SPECTACULAR views of Duck Island and the Long Island Sound. The front of the house faces the Menunketesuck River salt marsh and a Pilots Point Marina which creates the most picturesque views that will last a LIFETIME.

Take the family on a vacation where everyone can be at peace and enjoy the tranquility of water surrounding the front and back of this beach property.

This home is located on Private cul-de-sac in Grove Beach.

The beach home is a 1,368 sf 4 Bedroom charming cottage positioned on a private sand beach. The .10 Acres Gravel Lot provides parking for 6+ cars with no issues, so entertaining is never a problem with your beach rental.

Enjoy spectacular oceanfront views from the back of the house as you sit at your private deck.

The kids will be enthralled as they play on their private beach throughout the day and then at night as your family sits by the fire pit enjoying the perfect summer evening.

Your pet is welcome on the property. The community has a very strict leash law and we request that your pet remain on a leash at all times while outside.

The beach offers basketball as well as other private member only areas in the quaint beach community.

This is a 4 bedroom house with 6 people in one bedroom (bunk beds) as well as 2 for each additional bedroom.

Enjoy your vacation close to many restaurants and factory outlet shopping. One of the worlds largest casinos is just 25 minutes away.

This will be a vacation that will bring everlasting memories to you and your family.

Any parties or special events require prior authorization. PLEASE do not book without sending an inquiry if you are looking to host an event at the property. We will immediately cancel any reservation with an event planned that did not have prior authorization.

My family had a wonderful time. The beach house was perfect. We were three couples 2 toddlers and the walk out to the beach was terrific. Looks like there was a few new appliances in the kitchen, which made it nice. It was very family friendly hope to rent again in the future.

We had a mini sibling reunion for my 95 yr old dad's birthday. The cottage is beautiful, the area is calm and serene, perfect for a beach getaway. Plenty of space with a bedroom and a half bath downstairs, a plus for someone who may have mobility issues. The beach is right off the back deck with plenty of seating. We had a few rainy days and the kitchen was very accommodating for cozy dinners. Our host was attentive and communication was outstanding. Highly recommend this experience!

Beautiful property in a great location. It was the perfect place to relax; after attending family events we looked forward to comeback to this property and sit with our feet in the sand by the beach. The room downstairs was perfect for my mother, she only had to go up the stairs to shower. The rooms were cozy. We were 9 total and everyone slept comfortably. We had a great time!!!

We had a great week with lots of company coming and going. Great family place. Kids love the bunk beds room. The fire pit and surrounding chairs are perfect for making s'mores.

This property features 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the 4th bedroom features 2 bunk beds twin over twin with trundle pull out drawer. You will have plenty of room for large gatherings or just that perfect family getaway.

The most unique benefit of the oceanfront cottage is the rear of the house faces the Long Island sound with a view of duck island and the front of the house faces a private marina (Pilots Point) so no matter where you look you will be amazed by the almost 360° ocean views.
