Please note:
1) We currently can accommodate up to 10 daytime guests and 8 overnight guests per Douglas County.
2) That the kitchen, bathrooms and furniture have been upgraded since the video was
shot
3) AND, please note that the pool closes in the winter.

1500+sq.ft. townhouse with 4 bedrooms (one bedroom is a walk-in sleeping loft with a queen bed overlooking the living room), 2 baths, indoor hot tub room, attached garage, 2 decks and an electric BBQ, Free clubhouse access to swimming pool, saunas, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, etc..., sleeps 8.

Cars/Parking
We have a walk-up attached double garage with parking in front of our unit. You can also park a car in front of our garage (careful not to block the driveway for our neighbors. There are also TWO parking spaces across the driveway.

Please pick up a Lake Village parking pass and register all of your vehicles with the security office at Lake Village's Office (at the recreation center). They have nothing to do with the rental of the unit, but they regulate the parking and provide security services in the complex.

Also, you need to place a Douglas County parking pass in any vehicle parked outside. This pass is stored on the wall by the front door in a brochure holder.

Douglas County requires they be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of each permitted vehicle. The parking pass shall have the VHR permit number, license plate number of the vehicle, address of the rental unit, and a phone number for the person responsible for the vehicle. Failure to have the specified information on the parking pass is a violation of this code and may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.

Quiet hours in Lake Village are 8pm - 8am.

Great property, location, and owner

Place is a mile from the casino's, has a cute clubhouse, and most importantly was as advertised, clean and had everything we could want. Very cozy place we made home for a few days. Would for sure stay again.

Perfect proximity to casinos and state line

Condo is a perfect place with 6 real beds and only 1 mile from the casinos and state line. Would most definitely rent again!!

Great spot for Tahoe fun

Nice property in good location with all needed amenities (plus a cool little indoor hot tub room for good measure). Owner was responsive to inquiries etc. and no issues to report. Would rent here again.

Great Location

The Host was very responsive to our messages. The location was extremely convenient — Less than a mile or two away from the main strip, the beach and a grocery store nearby. We only had 4 but there was plenty of room for more.

Great value, spacious and great location!

Stayed with a group of 7 and we had a great time. Only 10 minute drive to California Lodge parking lot at Heavenly. Less than 5 minutes to numerous restaurants, shops and casinos. Parking was easy and the garage provided great area for storing gear at the end of the day. Very clean and more spacious that I expected. Recommended!

Awesome property!

We had an overall awesome experience! Great property close to everything. We rode Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe, Homewood & Diamond peak slopes all day and played in South Shore at night. Relaxed in the clean comfy home & we loved the checker board table:) The owners where super easy to work with. Thank you Randy! We can't wait to come stay & play again soon.

Fantastic stay near heavenly

Easy parking at the house and quick to get to Heavenly or a grocery store. House is nice and spacious with two dining tables and an open living room. Fit our group of 8 very well. The hot tub is in the basement room with no windows, so it gets quite hot sitting in the hot tub. We couldn't all fit in it at the same time anyways so we had to take turns going in. Ended up working fine.

Great space & location

Perfect for large groups, this rental is clean, with lots of light and super close to the Heavenly gondola. Randy was very responsive to our requests. Unfortunately, there was a big blizzard the weekend we booked and travel was impossible on the first night we rented, and there is no refund due to weather :( However, Randy allowed us an extra night's stay for free which was great!

Spacious and Close to South Lake Tahie

We were not given the code to get into the unit but the owner was very responsive when called. Also, the unit was 43 degrees inside when we arrived (winter trip). The owner was sheepish and apologetic. But first night was very cold. Otherwise a good stay.

Awesome stay!

We came here for a Bachelorette Party that was almost two years in the making (thanks Covid!). Then just as we thought we were in the clear, the Condor Fire broke out in Tahoe two days before our stay! But Randy was super flexible and gave us the option to reschedule if we needed to, etc. We ended up going anyways and had an amazing time! The home was awesome, indoor hot tub was PERFECT and Randy was super responsive! Will definitely come back next time I am in Tahoe.

I grew up spending much of my summers on the beaches of Lake Tahoe and the slopes of Heavenly Valley. In high school I spent several weeks each summer hiking Desolation Wilderness and the Tahoe-Yosemite Trail. I could not imagine a better excuse for a business than to have vacation rentals in Lake Tahoe - Now I have to go to Tahoe every couple of months 'whether I like it or not!'. We hope we can share our Tahoe with you.

Our home is in Lake Village. This has to be the most convenient location in all of Tahoe. You can walk to the beach or the casinos and yet the National Forest is right across the street.

Lake Village features private town homes nestled into a 56-acre, heavily wooded mountainside dotted with granite boulders and pristine forest surroundings. We provide all the amenities of home, with all the extras of a true resort. Our private clubhouse is outfitted with a seasonally heated pool, hot tub and saunas, and features outdoor tennis and unlimited biking and hiking possibilities.
