Only 1 block to the 44th Street beach path and in a quiet neighborhood. This 4 bedroom studio cape will accommodate 12 people. This is a very well maintained, comfortable and clean home! The first floor has a covered porch, lovely living room, dining area with a table that can accommodate 12, a well equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, and a full bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, a full bath and access to the sun deck. Central air, off street parking for 3 cars. Owner will consider pets (dogs) for an additional charge.
