This was a perfect location for our month-long stay in Maui. One of our favorite things was watching whales and sea turtles from the lanai, while having our morning coffee. It's also in the center of Maui and provides easy access to the whole island. It's a short walk to the harbor where most of the ocean tours leave, saving 30 parking; and it's also near are the Maui Ocean Center (a must do!) and 2 great restaurants - Havens Harborside and Seascape.Although small, this condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful with a great view from Lanai. We plan to come back to Maui again in 2 years and will be staying at this location again !!Big shout out to Jace, Ian, Jake (the maintenance guy) and Tom (the property manager). Jace accommodated our son's college interview time. Ian provided us the extra blankets. Jake was wonderful in fixing the toilet on time and Tom let me borrow his allen wrench to unjam the garbage disposal.

The stay was fantastic

Awesome location and great hosts! 10/10 view and a perfect central spot for exploring the island. It's an older building, but very well kept and clean. The only minor things were the mattress could be a bit more comfortable and the ceiling fan had a small noise until we adjusted the setting. Overall, the stay was fantastic and we would definitely come back again.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The views were stunning, we saw a lot of sea creatures from the balcony, the AC worked great, it was a short walk to the beach, and it was a great, central location for all of the must-see Maui locations!

Unbeatable Location and Serene Shoreline Moments

The location of this condo was great. Easy access to roads that take you every direction on the island. Every morning you can wake up and enjoy a coffee on the porch and watch the turtles eating along the shoreline.

Wonderful views of the ocean great place to stay very comfortable in the condo with the air-conditioning and windows open in the evening gave a great breeze and called off the rooms. We saw many many sea turtles snorkel and loved the monk seal that visit us every evening. Great place all around!

Amazing location and property

We had an amazing stay in this property. Perfectly located and a lovely place - would love to return. We watched the turtles and spent several days at the beach at the end of the road. Shops and restaurants within walkable distance.

Wonderful views and ocean sounds

We had a great stay, loved the balcony! The second bedroom is actually upstairs in the loft open area so there is no privacy, please note! There is very nice local beach and park for morning runs just minutes away! The location is 15-20 minutes from other larger towns including the airport. Close by there isn’t much but a Starbucks.

The view is amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better, however the units are older. Ours had been remodeled and even with that there was broken flooring outside upstairs bathroom. There were also gaps around the lanai windows and doors. On three separate evenings when there was no breeze, bugs came into the unit. The first night it was a swarm. The only advice we were given was to shut the windows which of course we had done. They were still getting in through cracks and around the a/c. Managment provided a small unit two floors down for us to sleep in. The next couple of nights weren’t as bad but still enough bugs our three daughters slept in the other unit again. While it was nice for them to allow us to use the other unit, we were not able to be together as a family like we were the first number of days of our vacation. We lived in the south for many years so we understand bugs in hot climates- this was beyond that. They sent in a handy man to try to close up gaps the bugs were getting in from. They also sent in a cleaner after the first night of bugs but the cleaners did little and didn’t even clean the bedding in the upstairs loft that I told Managment was full of dead bugs. There is air conditioning but it is a window unit on the ground of the lower level of the unit. It helps a bit in the front room but certainly isn’t a split unit or central air and doesn’t make much difference in to loft or back bedroom.

We understand how frustrating it was, especially when it disrupted your ability to stay together comfortably as a family. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the view and the accommodations we provided, and we’re glad we were able to offer an additional unit, send maintenance to address entry points, and have cleaners come in during your stay. While the circumstances were outside the norm, we’re sorry the experience impacted your vacation, and we appreciate you sharing the details so we can continue improving the property and guest response process.
