Step into comfort and charm at this custom built cabin! Enter into the beautiful living room and kitchenette area. Kick back and relax on the leather sofa and enjoy your favorite show or head outside to the spacious covered outdoor patio. This shared area is a grill-master's dream! Equipped with a full outdoor kitchen, a Blackstone flat-top grill, a Pit Boss smoker and all of the tools you need to cook up something special. You'll also find a sink, TV and picnic tables to make your cookout more enjoyable.

Inside, the kitchenette includes a microwave, sink and refrigerator/freezer. One bedroom offers a queen bed for a restful night's sleep. A full bathroom with a generous shower, sink and toilet. We have the essentials covered: fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and even pre-pasted toothbrushes are provided. Extra blankets provided!

We are pet friendly & charge a $50 per pet fee per stay. Pet required to be well behaved & house trained. Pets are not allowed on sofa or beds!
Please put all garbage in the large patio garbage can before check out. Place all dirty sheets and towels (not covers) in the bathroom floor.

This is our second time staying at cast away cabins, and we love it. The cabin is perfect with a well equipped covered cooking area outside. They have a very nice fire pit and 3 boat storage bays with gates. Can’t wait to come back!

We are Don and Deanna Burns from Townville, SC and have lived here all of our lives. Don is an avid hunter & fisherman and had the great idea of building cabins for folks that would like to visit Hartwell lake and have a secure boat storage.

We reside in Townville just 2 miles away. Don is a poultry farmer and Deanna is retired from Clemson University. We have two adult children and one precious grandson.

Why they chose this property

We chose the neighborhood to build our cabins in because it's in an ideal location. It's within walking distance to Lake Hartwell and just 1/4 mile to the nearest and largest boat ramp, Broyle's Landing. It's also just 5 miles to Green Pond landing, where the majority of fishing tournaments are held. Just 15 miles to Clemson and Anderson.

What makes this property unique

We chose the location for the cabin because it is so close to two of the busiest boat landings on Lake Hartwell, Broyle's Landing and Green Pond. We knew that it would be the perfect lodging for out of town guests to have somewhere safe and comfortable to lay their head down at night after a long day of fishing/boating and not to have to worry about their boat and gear while sleeping. The location is perfect for those Clemson fans to relax after a full day of cheering on those Tigers!
