Beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath home, completely remodeled on deep water. Covered dock in private cove with plenty of room for your family. The dock was resurfaced with composite decking in June 2019. It's the perfect place for kayaking, boating, swimming and fishing. Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, keurig coffee maker and double ovens. Stunning views from every room through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Walk out to the huge lakeside deck complete with sectional sofa, dining table and grill. The fully insulated garage has a 50" flatscreen, an extra refrigerator (great for bait or your favorite beverage), floats and fishing poles. Smart TVs in every room with wireless internet for all streaming services.

The master bedroom is complete with queen size bed and pull out single sofa while the second bedroom has bunk beds (double under single). Living room furnished with over-sized sectional couch and queen sized murphy bed.

Perfect for a relaxing family getaway! Stay for Clemson games- only 30 minutes away. This home is minutes from restaurants, shopping, theaters and grocery stores. Golfers will want to bring their clubs as the home is located in the Stone Creek Cove Golf Course community.

This was a great house to stay in while we were visiting our daughter at Clemson. It was a peaceful, beautiful setting to come back to rather than staying at a hotel. In addition, the bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable.

We had a very fun time this week. This was the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood. It is close to everything you need but yet far enough that it is quiet and relaxing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our second stay at this house. House and dock are nice. Neighborhood is great. Only critical item would be the A/C struggles to keep up in the afternoon, which discouraged us from doing any cooking inside. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here a 3rd time though. Thanks Mike and Catherine!

Nice lake house

Nice home with a great view of the lake. The dock is large, plenty of room for the boat to tie up to. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a very convenient location. A boat ramp is very close, within a couple minutes. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Stay on the Lake

This house was absolutely perfect for our families weekend on the lake! We loved how large the living room was and the couch was VERY comfortable. All the best were comfortable and didn’t leave us hurting after the weekend. We loved that it was deep water off the dock too! It was very easy to get to and plenty of parking room for our truck and trailer! The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions or request. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends!

Beautiful location

Overall a great stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the water is AMAZING. Easy access to boat launch for our jetski and deep water even when the water level was “low” to truly enjoy the dock. If you love being on the water this place is perfect. There were a few hiccups and miscommunications but the owner was exceptionally responsive to every question even before I booked. Overall this is a great vacation spot if you’re looking to unplug from the hustle of life. Far enough away to have peace but 10-20 minutes away from anything else you may need.

The property was nice. The kitchen was adaquate. The tv in the living room was difficult to control the volume. Dock was nice. Closest boat ramp extremely steep and not appropriate for a larger boat but several other close ramps.

Great dock, perfect quiet cove. Easy check in process. Nice neighbors. House smelled like smoke in living room. Upon check out we were blamed for items stained or broken. Would take pictures upon arrival.

We strive to keep our home extremely clean and comfortable for our guests. For that reason, we personally examine the house and its condition after every guest checks out. In this case there was obvious new damage requiring professional clean up. Pictures were taken and sent to the guest. It is unfortunate an understanding was not reached.

Perfect place for two during a week long fishing trip.

This house is a nice place to stay for the price. You can see the dock from the sliding glass door windows. Two boat ramps nearby, one within walking distance and another nearby with a dock so you don’t have to get you shoes dirty. A short drive to Green Pond landing with light traffic. We looked out the window and watched deer feeding in the yard. TVs in every room where we was able to watch the Roku channel and another channel in the living room without using our own steaming service. It was a fully furnished home away from home for us.

Very nice

The house was very nice and very clean. The location was also nice as it is in a protective cove good for swimming. Very nice neighborhood. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I was not aware I would not be able to use the boat slip. I guess I should have asked but this was a big headache. The boat ramp was close by but still I was looking forward to leaving it on the water which I did not feel comfortable doing un covered with the scheduled rain each day. Overall, I think you would be pleased with the house.
