Beautiful place to stay

Had such an amazing stay! Woke up to an amazing view of the beach every morning. Had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again & recommending to family and friends if going to Maui!

Stay for son’s wedding

We booked this condo for several of our adult children and their spouses to stay in for another son’s wedding. The view was amazing. The renovations on the unit are great, AC and technology worked well. It is not far from a Walmart for supplies and food. It is walking distance to a Starbucks. It is a distance from the traditionally touristy hotels and golf courses but the group staying there loved hanging together in one place and said they would recommend/would stay there again.

We enjoyed every bit our stay. Condo location is perfect for exploring the island. Views from the patio were amazing! Josh was very accessible and helpful in our planning of dining and island excursions before and during our stay.

Pleasant family stay

Convenient central location to get to activities on the island. Short walk to the Maui Ocean Center and shops nearby. Spacious and easily accommodated our family of 5. Enjoyed sitting in the lanai and saw a few whales and turtles. Great ocean view!

Great property in central location - good for groups

We were very pleased with our stay. Unit was spacious and nice - ideal for our group of 5. Amenities were ample and well-considered. Location was central, with casual dining walkable. And we really loved being right on the water, with a stunning view of Kihei, Haleakala - and whale watching galore. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed. We loved watching the sunrise every morning from the lanai. Both the beach and the aquarium were within walking distance as well as shops and dining. We would love to stay here again on a future visit to Maui. Thank you so much!

Great condo with ocean view! Very clean and quiet! Walking distance to a spectacular 2-3 mile sandy, un- crowded walking beach. Beach was also great for snorkeling and boogie/body surfing! Walking distance to Maalea harbor which had restaurants, shops and guided tour options. Condo conveniently located to Kihei, Kahului & west Maui. Josh our host was fantastic!

Turtles Turtles Everywhere

Amazing. This is a great place off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle of the resorts (20-25 min drive). Very clean place with everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. Magnificent views every morning and evening on the balcony. Walking distance to sugar beach which was great for us. Kids loved playing in the surf. Plenty of shade. Nice locals. Wear shoes - thorny trees. Pool at the places is great. Excellent food options with 5/6 restaurants at the marina. Great shops. Aquarium was fun. You see tons of turtles from the balcony and can snorkel with them right off of the property. The kids said best vacation ever. Locals said you can see plenty of whales when they are in season. 15 minutes to airport and groceries. Hawaiian potato chips are the best at the 76 gas station right by the place.

Great view!

We had a lovely time at this property. The photos are accurate, and the kitchen as well stocked with everything you may need. The property has a beautiful view, and a wonderful lanai to hang out on. The beds were really comfortable and we really appreciated separation of space, because we were traveling with our two adult children. The air conditioning works great, but the most important thing to our adult daughter was seeing the beautiful Large adult turtles up on the shore every morning. Overall, the property is quite lovely and we would stay here again.

Ramu’s thoughtfulness is a gift I will always treasure!

Loved the central LOCATION (close to airport and Maalaea harbor for snorkeling and whale watching excursions - also central to Road to Hana & Haleakala summit) and LANAI with ocean & Haleakala Mountain View with some coconut trees. The condo had everything we needed - from beach towels to beach chairs and great kitchen - loved the big shower and comfy beds. Before our trip, I reached out to Ramu that we have elderly people in our group and one of his properties we booked didn’t have elevator. Ramu was very kind and generous in offering our elderly aunts & uncle even a better property with elevator and great views. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness and support for our elderly aunts and uncle. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness and note (even thinking about step-in bathroom for elderly). We are very grateful to have found you and will 100% recommend Luxe Maui properties for future trips to Maui.

Nice stay, unit was great! Unit stated that it had a pull out bed but did not. Also a few maintenance issues, the entry door needs a safety latch to close from inside. Not a huge deal but as a person from out of town it would definitely put my our mind at ease since it was a family trip with little ones. One glass on the sliding balcony door is cracked, sliding door latch does not latch easily. Sitting outside while the AC unit was running was a bit uncomfortable due to the hot air blowing towards furniture. Overall would recommend unit.

So so beautiful!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and is in the end of the building so it has stunning views of the ocean from multiple directions in just about every room. The balcony is perfection for sunsets, sunrises, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location was really convenient for getting to and from the airport and for getting to food in Kihei or Wailuku. We walked to the fantastic aquarium and to get delicious ice cream sandwiches at a cookie store nearby. We had a wonderful time. Getting in and out of the water in the large ocean waves from the stairs in front of the building was an adventure for many visitors whom we observed but it was magnificent to see the experienced surfers riding amazing waves and for our experienced teens to boogie board and swim with turtles. We spent hours sitting on the balcony turtle-watching. Josh worked to address any unexpected issues that came up. Thank you, Josh and Rebecca!

Great time!

A great place with 3 bedrooms (perfect for grandparents, parents & 2 teenagers) to stay when exploring Maui. Pictures represent this property accurately. The view is spectacular. Beds & bedding comfortable, nice furnishings (although not what’s pictured: different rug, sofa & chairs; black bedding in primary), kitchen with plenty of small appliances. Bathrooms with great showers. (A couple coffee mugs are chipped around the rim but still usable.) Thin beach towels that dry fast, 4 beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, beach toys. Washer & Dryer. We enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to walk to the snorkeling & whale watching tours. The view is lovely except right after sunrise till @ 9:00am. Just very bright to be on the balcony. We never used the pool so can’t comment on that. 11:00am check out is great. Communication was excellent. The only fact I wish I had researched is the bay where this condo is located. Copied from Google: ‘Ma’alaea Harbor in Maui, Hawaii is often referred to as the second windiest harbor in the world, with wind speeds reaching up to 40 mph due to northerly winds.’ This is REAL WIND! The location of this unit is at the end of the complex. Lovely except for the howling sound from the balcony doors and the primary bathroom window. I write this only to let those of you reading this far know what I wish I had known. Do some research! Our last day here was almost no wind. The locals said this was a rare event. It was lovely.Mahalo.

Great location

This was a great central location for us as we were exploring all areas of the island. There was an issue with flies when we got there but communication was great and they came to treat them right away. I seen many had mentioned the wind and yes it is windy there in the evening but it didn't have any impact on our stay. I enjoyed the balcony every morning during the sunrise and late upon our return to the room to enjoy the sounds of the waves because it is so relaxing. My kids did not enjoy the pool. The maintenance guy had something to say about everything they did. My husband said, what's he going to say next, they can't play Marco Polo (just trying to be funny) but sure enough he pointed out the pool rules said no Marco Polo like games. So they didn't return to the pool during our 8 day stay after that. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. We were grateful for the beach supplies that were there for our use. The beach umbrella was broken but we used the chairs and surf boards. They provided a small cooler. It would be nice for future guests if a bigger one was provided since this unit is for bigger groups. Overall we had a great stay there.

Ideal Accomodations

Our family was celebrating my Mom's 70th birthday. There were five adults and two children under 12. This condo fit our family perfectly. It has a beautiful view, is a short walk to a lovely beach, and watching the turtles along the shore from the grounds was nothing short of magical. There are also restaurants, shops, and coffee a short walk away. We explored the whole island, and the location of this condo was the perfect starting point. You are centrally located and feel close to everything. The kitchen was adequately stocked for some relaxing moments and home made meals. We highly recommend this accommodation and will choose to stay again on our next trip to Maui! Mahalo <3
