You'll also have access to the resort amenities of Long Island Village, including pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness center!

You'll enjoy your time away at this bay island resort, which sits just across the causeway from South Padre Island's beaches and legendary nightlife. You can play golf at the Long Island Village 18-hole golf course or spend time at the Resort Activity Center, where you'll find indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, a gym, putt-putt golf, a billiard room, and shuffleboard.

We're excited to inform you that this home utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels worldwide. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally, a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the number of beds available.

Guests must pay an $80 fee for parking passes and wristbands directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival; it is not included in your Vacasa fees.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
