La unidad # 102 en Kealia Resort es una unidad frente al mar muy bien decorada que está equipada con dos camas tamaño queen y un sofá cama. Kealia Resort es un tranquilo complejo de apartamentos frente al mar ubicado en North Kihei que ofrece vistas panorámicas del Pacífico. Este edificio de seis pisos con ascensor y la playa frente a la propiedad es excepcional para las puestas de sol, la natación, el windsurf, los largos y relajantes paseos por la playa y el espectacular avistamiento de ballenas en temporada. El Kealia Resort Resort ofrece una zona de piscina, barbacoas frente al mar y aparcamiento gratuito. Los interiores incluyen cocinas totalmente equipadas, lavadoras y secadoras, televisión por cable, servicio telefónico local gratuito, ropa de cama privada y ropa de cama de lujo suministrada directamente por Alii Resorts.. * Se puede aplicar un requisito de estadía mínima de 14 noches para los períodos de vacaciones (Navidad / Año Nuevo).

So relaxing and gorgeous

My fiance and I had the best time, our room was so clean and had such a beautiful view. The staff was so helpful with any questions we had. He proposed to me just outside the condo on the beach so we will always have a special connection to this condo and will definitely be back soon!

Maui perfection

The accommodations and view were exceptional! Cook, do dishes, make cocktails while looking at the grass, beach and ocean beyond! Then take a long walk on a beautiful, pillow soft strip of beach front! Centrally located from the airport and with short drives to Paia (and Hana beyond), or south Wailea/Makena way, or West to Kaanapali, Napili and beyond! We loved everything about our stay and will do our best to plan around another stay at this location!

Great location and price.

The location was really nice and close to the beach. If you have kids consider a different location. The majority of the people were older and expressed annoyance with the noise our kids made.

Best Place on Sugar Beach!

Love, love this location! Condo was perfect! Right on beach, super convenient to other island amenities. Only feedback for condo is the toilet area is really small. If you are a large person, it will be a struggle to use.

Great condo, great location

Went in May, weather was perfect. This condo has waterfront access to sugar beach and was amazing. Walking on the beach distance to coffee, bakery and shaved ice. Easy access to main roads but no road noise only beach waves to put us to sleep. Bathroom is very small but was ok for the 2 of us. Would definitely stay in this condo again, met our needs. Communication was excellent.

Tired condo

The property is lovely and we love the location. However, we will not stay in this unit again. It is in serious need of updating. The bed needs a new mattress, the couch is very uncomfortable and the place needs painting. Pick a different unit and you will have a lovely stay.

Great location. Needs updating.

My wife and I spent almost two weeks in Maui at this apartment. The location, a ground floor apartment on the beach, was great. The apartment itself was passable, but only just. Pros: Location. We could walk out of sliding doors to the beach in under 30 seconds. The beach itself was clean and pleasant. Breakfast on the patio was fantastic. Amenities. The apartment is furnished with most of what you need, from a washer/drier, dishwasher, pots and pans, a wide assortment of utensils, to good internet, etc. Cons. We found the check-in (and check-out) process to be somewhat irritating. Over communication about the rules and warnings, a requirement to constantly send updated travel information, ongoing marketing emails while you’re there and afterwards (I eventually unsubscribed), and a strong push to get you out of the apartment ASAP the last morning (“please feel free to select your checkout time from 6AM - 10AM!). The tone always implied Aloha, but each step in the communication process benefited just the manager/owner and eventually became a pebble in our vacation shoes. Cleanliness. Maui is expensive. Surely for that price you could afford to do a periodic deep clean. Apartment was tidy and acceptably clean on the surface, but every corner is old and grimy. Windows and window sills need scrubbing. It smelled faintly of mildew. This was the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in a long time. Updates. Similar to above. The fridge is dying and it constantly screams in its swan song. The first night we actually thought it was an animal outside the apartment. Plastic dishes. Old linens. It just seemed like someone’s dream apartment from 20 years ago, only now the dream was frayed and old. We would absolutely go back to Maui. Despite the location and conveniences, we wouldn’t stay here. 3 stars.

Amazing ocean view,could see whales from kitchen/living room. Beautiful sunsets in your backyard. Quite, clean, secure. Beautiful lawns and shade trees with unobstructed ocean view. quite uncrowded beach. Easy access to all parts of the Island. Loved it.

Fantastic family vacation

We had a great time staying at Kealia resort. We're a family of four, two kids 1 and 3 and this one bdrm worked out well for us. The Ali'i property management company was welcoming and easy to deal with. A couple of less positive things was the several email offering us to book the same dates for next year. Though we appreciated the offer it did put a bit of stress on our last few days as the offer expired after check out. The cancellation policy was also a bit unclear. The kitchen knives were also terribly blunt and made it slightly difficult to prep dinners. That said it was a great spot, clean and cosy condo and easy drive to most places.
