The common area is direct oceanfront and features a beautiful pool, sunbathing area, a dining area and two gas BBQs. From our Beachfront Deck you will enjoy our fresh coffee served 6am every morning... stunning sunsets every evening... Campfire night on Tuesdays (smores and hotdogs anyone?) or potluck gatherings on Thursdays...

Our property landscape includes small lawn areas as well as tropical Hawaiian plantings which include heliconia, hibiscus, white ginger, and rare Kahili and Blue ginger.

A quarter mile walk down the beach to the south you'll find fresh Kula-grown produce and ingredients acquired from nearby 'Suda's' Farmers Market, an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop (rated #1 or #2 bakery on the island), and Ululani's Shave Ice (rated #1 on Maui). Right next door to the north, you'll enjoy Maui's 'Cheers' Bar, Dina's Sandwitch - a perfect place for casual dining and a full bar. Unit A6 is strictly for a party of 2 persons & has been a favorite for honeymooning couples and those celebrating an anniversary or special birthday. *** Ask about special treats that can be arranged for your arrival to help celebrate the occassion (ie, champagne, fruit basket, cake, chocolates, with a handwritten card, or your special request) ***

(High Season (with higher nightly rates) runs from late December to mid-April and Regular Season (most affordable rates) runs from late April to mid-December. During Regular Season get the best rate by staying 7 or more nights.)
