Located just a few minute drive to the beach where you can drive on with your vehicle and not worry about parking. Enjoy the community pool or head out for a round of golf on the beautiful 27 hole Sugar Mill course. Not to mention your just an hour drive to find yourself at Disney or any of the famous Orlando attractions. Great for a summer get away and even better for long term snowbird season.

Spacious townhome with excellent golf course view

I loved our stay! The townhome is very spacious, the golf view is relaxing and driving around the neighborhood in the golf cart was lots of fun. Less than a 15 min drive to the beaches of NSB.

Relaxing stay in golf community

It was nice to be close to the beach, but not in the chaos and traffic of beachside. Condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very easy.

Wonderful Stay in Sugar Mill

We loved the condo, it has a great use of space and the kitchen was great to use for my husband and I. We also really enjoyed access to the golf cart for moving around Sugar Mill, which has a ton of trails to walk and ride the cart. The owners were very communicative and made the stay very pleasant and easy. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we're in New Smyrna!

No problem with booking a Last minute decision .beautiful golf community. Condo was immaculate and had everything you could need. Gorgeous view of 1st tee and even offered use of golf cart!

The home was very clean and organized, with a great view of the course. Easy to follow instructions on getting into the property. Always quiet and enjoyable to be at.

You must know someone who is a member to play the golf course..

Beautiful location and pool is fun. You are allowed to have people or family join you if they are in the area. Facility is monitored by security gate, and you are issued a visitors pass.
