Beautiful 2/2 updated condo with breathtaking views of the Halifax river and daytona beach from balcony. Located on the 7th floor, furnished unit.
Heated community pool overlooking the river, grill stations, fishing dock, community center. Washer and dryer on 1st floor. Short distance (2 blocks) to beach and a mile to boardwalk, movies, shopping and Iive concerts. 5 miles to daytona international speedway. 3 months minimum.
