This spacious ocean front two bedroom, two bath condo is decorated in bright and cheery island decor. The living area provides comfortable seating with a new sofa bed and two new blue top grain recliners and flat screen TV. Just picture yourself watching the waves, listening to the ocean, or getting reacquainted with your family or friends with the Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining. Sliding glass doors open onto a large 40' private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The adjacent dining area seats 6.

The large kitchen has been recently remodeled with granite counter tops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and is designed to meet your every need. From the Wolfgang Puck cookware to the colorful 'Fiesta' style dishes you will find everything needed to cook gourmet meals for your guests or simple snacks for the kids. Have you ever stayed in a condo that didn't have enough dishes, glasses or silverware? Well, that won't be a problem here. This kitchen has amazing counter space and a breakfast bar with bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Let's face it, there will be beach towels to wash!

The ocean front master bedroom, with attached bath, comes complete with a king size bed, large closet, night stands, double dresser and flat screen TV. After a 'hard day' on the beach you will be ready for the soft, high quality linens on the comfy bed. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony, perfect for stepping out to enjoy the sunrise or to gaze at the moon and stars over the ocean. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, double dresser, night stand, and a wall-mounted TV and DVD player. Kids of all ages will enjoy the nautical theme of this room. The hall bath has been recently remodeled with a stand up shower and all the other stuff you would expect to find!

The large 40 foot balcony has seating for six which includes a love seat, table large enough to seat six with padded chairs. This is the perfect place for dining, watching the dolphins play, or reading a good book. What could be better - an evening with ocean breezes, a glass of wine, shooting stars, and a full moon over the Atlantic - ah romance!

This is a secure building with underground parking and outside guest parking. This fourth floor unit is just steps from the elevator. The ocean front pool has plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas and a cabana. The beach is just steps down from the pool. There is also a well equipped exercise room and dry sauna.

You can stay connected with free Wi-Fi internet service exclusive to this unit. Use your laptop to surf the web while watching surfers in the Atlantic.

We rent to families and adults only.

All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Great condo!

This condo was great! My husband and I stayed there for a week and loved it! It had everything we could want or need; plenty of dishes, cookware, towels,etc. The host was very prompt at answering any questions or concerns, and the building was very well kept. It helped to make our vacation even better!

We enjoyed the couple of days we got to stay. Unfortunately Hurricane Milton decided to pay a visit and we had to evacuate on Monday. We are hoping to be able to return next year to finish our vacation.

We had a very good time in this condo. It was beautifully decorated and clean! The balcony is huge...I think 40 feet which provides day and night views of the beautiful ocean! We would definitely rent this specific condo again! ❤️🌴

The condo is exactly as described. It is very spacious and relaxing. The balcony has plenty of seating. Kitchen is fully stocked. Bedrooms are very spacious. Keypad entry to the unit is a nice touch so you don't have to dig for the key when you are hauling groceries or beach bags. The kids loved the pool and easy beach access.Chris (the owner) is extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.The onsite property manager is a quite harsh, but aren't they all? I just communicated with the owner and all was fine!

This place was amazing! Close to stores and restaurants, perfect location. Balcony is huge! Watched the sunrise every morning! Unit is much larger than the pictures show. Hoping to come back in a couple of years! Anytime I had a question and sent a text to owner, he replied within minutes. Thank you for giving us your home for a week, we made some amazing memories!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit is just as described. It is large and roomy with a nice large kitchen and updated bathrooms. The Sand Point Condominiums are nicely located and well maintained. The only negative was the guest bedroom mattresses being very, very hard and the glass doors and windows not being cleaned. With that said we would stay here again unless we needed to use the guest bedroom due to the mattresses.

This condo was very nice. The room was very clean. Lots of room in this condo. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking in the room. The view is great! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We will visit again! We had an issue with the washer. Notified the owner and by the next morning someone was there to fix it!! Great people to deal with!

A nightmare

Smell would knock you over. Had to wash sheets, bedspreads and towels to get smell out. Bought plugin Glade and spray Glade air freshners but did not help. Black staining coming out of air vents. May have caused respiratory problems. Checked out in 2 days. Had to find new place to stay.

The condo was nice and roomy did have a good time but under the understanding that the condo hadn't been rented out for a few month's it had a musty smell upon arrival and we had purchased air deodorizer's to cover the odor which had helped... also small dead flying bugs on the floors of the condo which my wife had to sweep up. The kitchen was stock with lots of dish's, utensils and pots and pans. the dishwasher may have a problem or it may be human operator error we couldn't get it to work all the time looked for some instruction but couldn't find any. Maybe have a copy of operational instruction's on the appliances. The view from the very large balcony was excellent and peaceful. The building was clean and cared for and the other surrounding guest or owner's were pleasant and friendly. Would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the dead flying bug caucus's and a little airing out before arrival. Other than that it is a very nice condo and would recommend it to others.

Best Condo Ever

This condo is very large with three large ocean front windows. It is decorated beautifully and a plus is the ice cream shop across the street. I would definitely reccomend this property.

This was the most enjoyable vacation ever!! My wife had a month long stay at Daytona on her"Bucket List". The accommodations were superb, all matching kitchen-dishes silverware, cookware and the rest. We loved the huge balcony areas, with sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom. The owner was very prompt when we reported a broken chair back upon arrival, it was repaired the next day! Very responsive to questions, etc. Felt like home!!! Will definitely stay here again, probably more than once!!

Rainy Christmas

Our week was rainy most of the time, however we did not let that “dampen” our spirits. Lovely view from the balcony and the unit was very clean and cozy. My son lives across A1-A so we sent time visiting with other family members and went out most every evening for our event meal. Lots of nice restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend a stay there. Thanks Chris for sharing your condo with us.

Smelly place of mildew n mold

We were to arrive on Sept 1st but didn't arrive until Sept 5th because of the Hurricane! When he arrived it was all shut up cause of the hurricane, the maintance man said the smell will go away it never did! It smelled all month! We walked in the table and chairs had mold growing on them and the bar b bar stools and I had to wipe them all down before we did anything! Had chair pads on the chairs they had mold growing on them! I sent pictures to owner and he gave me a little money back for having to clean the table and chairs & bar stools! After we were there two weeks we had mold growing on the comforter in the extra bedroom where are suite case were not laying! We went to go to bed the night we arrived and we took the comforter off the bed and the top sheet had sand all over the top of it! So I had to do bed clothes before we could go to sleep cause they we so sandy! I don't think the room was cleaned since the last people rented it around Aug 24, it should have been freshened up new sheets and dusted n wiped up the day we were to go there there! There was a plastic shelf that hold toaster n mixer and othe small appliances the shelfs was all moldy we only used toaster that's because we wiped it off!!! I'm sorry! But I don't think I would rent Chris's Condo again

This condo was perfect. There were 4 adults and a 6 month old. The view was amazing. I watched the sunrise every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family size meals. Having the large washer and dryer in the condo was also a huge plus. There were plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. There were beach chairs, floats, boards in the parking garage assigned to the unit. We added a 10x10 beach tarp and a box fan in the master bedroom. I highly recommend this condo. All areas were Super Clean! Thank you Chris and staff.

We have been staying in Sandpoint every year for 13 years and when we had the right opportunity to own this beautiful updated condo we decided to let our dream come true.

There is so much to do! Riding a bike on the16 miles of firm beach, swimming in the ocean or the heated pool, walking the beach, enjoying the sights and sounds of the surf or just having a candle-lit dinner on the balcony. The moon on the water is beautiful and the sunrises are spectacular. And only an hour from DisneyWorld and the other Orlando attractions
