Ideally designed for large families of groups of friends or associations, this large house, just renovated in 2014, will allow you to spend convivial moments with family or friends. Its capacity is 14 beds divided into 5 rooms, including 2 for people with reduced mobility. 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is completely adapted for wheelchairs (walk-in showers). Contemporary veranda of 35m2 opening onto a 45m2 wooden terrace facing south / west and not overlooked. Deckchairs, garden furniture, BBQ, ... Enclosed grounds of 250m2. Fruit trees. You will only have to travel a few tens of meters to access the nearest shops (bakery, greengrocer, etc.). 15 'from Indian Forest and O'Gliss Park

Week-end de famille donc en troupeau. Logement idealement situé puisque les commerces sont disponibles a pieds et une grande surface se trouve a 5mns en voiture. La terrasse au top. Merci.

Maison correcte, proche du centre et de la mer pas adapté. Parking difficile L’intérieur de la maison n’est pas adapté à 12 personnes. Nous avons dû rentrer la table du jardin pour pouvoir manger tous ensemble. Le salon est très petit. La maison sent fort l’humidité.

Super sejour

C’est la première fois que nous effectuions un séjour avec mon père en fauteuil et handicapé assez lourdement . L’hôte a accepté que nous fassions mettre un lit médicalisé et venir des aides à domicile et nos 3 jours ont été super. Son espace dédié était parfait la véranda immense et accessible tout comme l’extérieur. Bref ideal pour nous. L’emplacement du logement est idéalement situé à proximité de tout. Je recommande vivement .

WE en famille 14 personnes

Maison fonctionnelle, agréable, bien équipée, proche centre ville/rue piétonne et plage. Propriétaire très accommodante par rapport aux horaires et à la confiance. Forcément mieux avec le soleil car grande terrasse pour y manger tous ensemble, même si l'essentiel des chambres en haut sont chaudes pour bien dormir. Très bon séjour.

Séjours entre amis. Emplacement parfait à proximité des commerces et des plages. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture (pas de stationnement devant la maison) Belle pièce de vie donnant sur 1 terrasse très agréable avec ses toiles d'ombrages.

Belle maison en centre ville

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans cette belle maison proche de la mer. Nous avons appréciez la terrasse extérieure avec grandes tables pour manger et toiles d'ombrage pour se protéger du soleil.A deux pas des commerces !

Un endroit très agréable

Très bonne situation, proximité des commerces et des plages. espace pour groupe très sympa. Partie cuisine, jardin très agréable. propriétaire disponible. Je recommande. Il faut juste savoir que se garer à proximité est compliqué, mais il y a deux places handicapés a proximité.

Très jolie maison et très bien située, proche des commerces et de la plage. Belle extérieur, dommage qu’il ne soit pas très bien entretenu et manque d’assises sur les banquettes pour 12 personnes . Mais très bon week-end, merci

Lovely house

Lovely house with private garden. Good access to a beautiful small town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Short walk to a beach or a 5 min drive to another beautiful beach. Could have more sun beds.
