Beautiful apartment surrounded by nature,
A walk across the road to the beach or an 8 minute drive to Sebastian Inlet.
Birdwatching, surfing, fishing or just plain relaxing.

The nearest restaurant is the New England Pub for local fresh seafood and spirits.
There is an excellent pizzeria called D’Angelo’s both around a mile north of here on A1A
Publix is the nearest supermarket located 5 miles north.
There is a convenience store called Marathon about 1/4 mile south at the stop-light.
Honest John’s fish camp offers boat, kayak and paddle board rentals and is about a mile south of here on A1A.

Great place. Everything you need for 2. Would stay again. Martyn showed us around. The pool was nice after the beach—comfortable poolside chairs to read in. If we visit Melbourne Beach in the future, we will stay again.

Great Quiet Location

Great location and host. We really needed a few days to relax a decompress and this was the place. Beautiful pool area and the beach is fantastic. Not much traffic and we even saw a sea turtle come ashore while we were there.

Beautiful getaway

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and myself. The location is out of the tourist area but close to many beaches and wonderful things to do. The accommodations were clean, comfortable while providing a pool and beautiful outdoor area for guests use. Would stay there again anytime

Great Stay

What a nice spot to stay in Melbourne Beach! The property is quiet, pretty, and well located for walks and the beach. Sitting under the veranda by the pool each morning sipping coffee and looking at the garden was wonderful. Hosts are really great.

Extremely pleased!!!

Our stay was lovely. The apartment is just perfect for 2 people. Very comfortable and clean. The backyard allows for quiet time for reading (or napping) while surrounded by tropical trees and bushes. Our host was wonderful, quiet, and there if needed!! Thank you so much, Martyn!!!

Great condo

This was a great condo, well stocked and very clean. By providing beach towels and allowing us to use their beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. We loved that we were able to walk to a great restaurant for dinner. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful South Melbourne Beach

Wildlife abounds as does opportunities for beaching, hiking, fishing. Also visited The Kennedy Space Center about an hour north. A memorable experience .

bedroom, full kitchen, & large bath in a beautiful beach home, french doors in bedroom look onto swim pool & lush green yard, gardens, covered seating areas, quiet, close to beach and parks, Publix grocery store and catholic church nearby. Host very attentive, helpful.
