Southwestern style runs through every corner of this stunning home, from the rustic hand hewn wood beam ceilings to the cowhide rugs, Kiva fireplaces, tumbled travertine tile and Talavera sinks in all 4 bathrooms. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining, there's a formal dining area, generous living area, a full sized pool table and wet bar.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a Viking appliances and beautiful carved cabinetry. The house is perfect for entertaining friends or small intimate dinners, it's up to you. Each bedroom has a high-definition TV, carpeting, and walk-in shower, the spacious master bath has a beautiful freestanding tub. One of the bedrooms has its own full bath, den and kitchen as well as a separate entrance and patio.

The backyard is an oasis, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. You will find a private Pebble Tec Pool with a rock creek fountain and hot water spa as well as a large covered patio with and an outdoor grill, perfect for entertaining. The backyard also offers a nice size grass area for dogs and is completely fenced in with a block and stucco wall. The large garage with attached RV space easily fits 2 cars inside with additional parking outside. AJs a gourmet grocery store as well as Starbucks, Safeway and Target are an easy 8 minute drive from the house.

Cave Creek and Carefree are a short drive from the house where you will find some of the most spectacular sights of the desert. In Cave Creek the Wild West is still alive!! Here you will find everything from fine dining to cowboy cookouts, western stores, art galleries and specialty shops.

For auto and equine enthusiasts Westworld of Scottsdale is 18 minutes away, home of Barrett Jackson, the Arabian National and AQHA Sun Circuit horse shows as well as numerous other year round events. Baseball fans, spring training venues are approximately 30 minutes from the house.

If you want to bring your horse with you the house is walking distance to Los Cedros, a five star Equestrian facility. They offer the best care and accommodations available in Scottsdale, with 2 outdoor arenas, one large covered arena and a regulation dressage arena.

Numerous golf courses, both public and private are just a short drive from the house. The Boulders, Troon North, Estancia, Dove Mountain, Rancho Manana, Legend Trail, Desert Ridge, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Silver leaf just to name a few!
Hiking/Biking is available throughout the McDowell Sonoran Preserve with over 100 miles of trails.
There is great shopping @ Scottsdale Fashion Square, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter

Beautiful home with desert views!

Our family of five enjoyed this property over Christmas. The home is very comfortable in a nice private location but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the Southwest decor, the pool table, pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

North Scottsdale Getaway

My husband and I and our two small dogs had a wonderful two weeks at Pinnacle Peak! The owners were lovely and welcoming. The property manager, Jeff, made our stay so easy and was always available to help or answer any questions. The home is beautiful and clean and we were extremely comfortable there. Pinnacle Peak made our stay in Scottsdale a great experience.

Really nice to go to a property that has the essentials of home. From basic spices in the cupboard to soaps in the showers. This is the way it should work. Very comfortable accommodations and property manager was EXCELLLENT. Took care of all needs and issues. Only upgrade I would recommend is there should be more comfortable outdoor furniture as we spent most of our time outside. While decorated very nicely, it was not practical nor comfortable for spending most of our time outside eating and visiting. Overall excellent accommodations.

Delightful stay!

We are a family of 6 - husband & wife and 2 grown sons and their partners. This visit was our first in-person get-together since the pandemic started. The home is beautiful and comfortable, very well appointed, very old southwest-feeling, and the property complements it perfectly. The beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything one could need. The home is spread out nicely. The neighborhood and surrounding are great too - there's a perfect balance of open space and convenience with groceries, shopping and restaurants a very short distance away. Jeff, the property manager, was extremely easy to reach and answered our questions right away. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Jan and Jeff!

Oasis in the desert

We had a fantastic time at this amazing home! The photos of this property do not do it justice! It is absolutely stunning inside and out! The home is beautifully decorated and so spacious for ultimate comfort. We brought our dogs who enjoyed the pool and grassy side yard area to the max. It includes an attached casita with its own en suite and kitchen which is nice for in laws, kids etc for a bit of separation/privacy yet still part of the main home. I spoke with Jan, the owner, prior to arrival who went over some things with me and made me feel very welcome which was so nice. And Jeff, the property manager, went above and beyond as he checked in via text every few days to see if anything was needed and was very helpful a couple times assisting with the sound system and spa which are both operated via the in-home iPad. He was also able to access these features remotely which was so helpful and convenient. It is very beautiful out there and the sunrise views each morning made it so worth it to rise early each day to witness....breathtaking! The home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and away from neighbors yet only about 15 min away from the nearby towns of Carefree and Cave Creek which offer quaint shopping and amazing restaurants such as El Encanto (our favorite that offers outdoor dining with a pond of turtles and ducks to observe while enjoying delicious mexican food). We are so looking forward to our next visit as we still can't seem to get this dream getaway out of our heads! 5+ Stars!!!!

Our family loved our stay here. From the location to the rustic southwest decor, everything was wonderful. Perfect for our family of four, and we would have had room for a couple more. The highlights were the pool, the casita layout, pool table, comfortable beds, and again, the furnishings and decor. I can't say enough about the location. We enjoyed getting up every morning just to view the scenery from the patio. The neighborhood is ultra quiet and filled with other beautiful homes. We were within a short distance of so many great restaurants in all directions. We hit Lake Pleasant, which was 30 minutes away, and took day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Scottsdale was a true surprise to us, and we would definitely love to visit again! The communication by Jeff, the property manager, was wonderful. From the time we booked, all the way through our return home, he checked in on us to make sure our stay was great. Even had a quick response to a question we had while we were there. Great experience all around!
