GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT + MUTUAL RESPECT

In order to protect the integrity of our community, and to create the best experience for all our guests who wish to immerse themselves into the local culture, our Guest Code of Conduct is based on mutual respect and is outlined in detail within our rental agreement (which can be accessed and read in full before booking).

The Primary Guest will be required to confirm their acknowledgement and agreement of our Guest Code of Conduct within 7 days of reservation.

While the inside of this home is impressive, it pales in comparison to the outdoor living space, which offers picturesque scenery of the desert mountains.

The outside living area feels like a resort with its exceptional landscaping, impressive fire pit, hot tub, comfortable sun loungers surrounding the oversized pool, and covered spaces perfect for al fresco dining and lounging.

For grilling, there is a covered BBQ section with a fridge and TV that doubles as a swim up bar from the pool.

We also have a grove! Where we grow fresh oranges, limes, pomegranates and figs, free for you to pick and enjoy.

If you’re looking to practice your putting and chipping before hitting the courses, practice on our private chipping and putting green.

Both of the living space & kitchen areas have exceptional views. The space is an open concept with high ceilings and energy-efficient glass doors that give unobstructed access to the vast exterior living space.

For dining, there is a formal wood dining table that is right off the kitchen that seats 8 people, and an elevated counter with bar seating for another 6.

In the living room, there is a large sectional with an open gas fireplace and flatscreen TV for sports and movie nights.

The wine bar room is a great space to enjoy a game of shuffleboard, and the custom wood cabinet kitchen is chef-ready.

For your security and total peace of mind, the home is located in a private community, and includes a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit. We also use smart home security technology — the home is protected with state of the art, 24hr smart security cameras at every entrance and a 100% privacy compliant decibel monitoring system that help us to respond to potential disturbances without disrupting your stay.

Our designated check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am — local time.

Due to the size of the home, it takes a fair amount of time to perform the enhanced cleaning protocols that our professional crew has in place.

And we sincerely appreciate that all guests leave the home in a ‘Leave No Trace’ state and to make sure they respect and adhere to the check in & out times.

‘LEAVE NO TRACE’

This home is very special to us. Although we do not require guests to perform a ‘deep’ clean, out of mutual respect, we do require that guests leave the home as tidy as possible, with all garbage, recycling, and compost being properly disposed of. Also, all cookware must be cleaned and stored back to its original place, with all used dinnerware and glassware placed in the dishwasher. All furniture, linens, and towels must also be put back in their original place.
