Our 2600 square feet home is located near the end of a cul-de-sac with 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths (2 en suites). Open concept living with a large kitchen and dining room. Great backyard retreat with pool, spa, fire pit, and 4 seating areas. Two car garage available for renters. Enjoy picking juicy oranges and lemons right off tree!
Excellent location which is very close to grocery and drug stores, restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, gas stations, salons, and banking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Location

Place is plenty big with a private back yard. If you plan to use the pool & spa in December to May you will pay to heat it and it is very costly, it’s not included in the rent.

Excellent Hosts

The property is perfect for a group/family and your pups, there's room at the dining table for 8 or more, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a large outdoor pool with hot tub and the fire pit area is fantastic. We love to cook and found that the kitchen gear could use some sprucing up - sharp knives, cleaner pots & pans, a little cleaning TLC around the sink and window blinds, but all in all, a really nice place that is a good value for the price. Having a garage is also a major plus! The owners Marty and Sandi are wonderful, great communication and they tried really hard to get the spa working during our stay. The house isn't far from Palm Desert and in a nice, quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants within a half mile. Definitely recommended for your stay!

Thank you for the feedback. We have purchased new pots and pans, had the knives professionally sharpened. and will be very conscious of making sure the blinds and sinks are cleaner. We appreciate your remarks.

Having lived in the Midwest for many years, we love to have people get out of the cold and enjoy our amazing weather in the desert of Southern California. Our location is 90 minutes to LA, San Diego, ocean beaches, and within 60 minutes of incredible mountain experiences. We have been on both sides of vacation rentals and feel we have a good sense of what renters want and care about.

Why they chose this property

Our home is a spacious, comfortable place with plenty of outdoor areas to be together or have private time. Our pool, spa, and firepit are relaxing and welcoming after a busy day of activities or just lounging around. It is a perfect place to host family for a short stay or friends who may also be spending the winter here.

What makes this property unique

We are located near the end of a cul-de-sac that gives you privacy but is close to several amenities that are walking distance or short drives. The use of a double garage is also beneficial for your cars and or other winter toys.
