4BR 3.5BA home located inside the exclusive Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Enjoy award winning golf courses, private beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, fishing charters and 15 world-class tennis courts!

Two brand new golf carts are included with this rental! Each cart seats up to 5 people allowing easy access to the beach, restaurants and grocery store.

This home is in the newest neighborhood of Villa Lago. Relaxing water front views are throughout the home and the kitchen is fully equipped!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My driveway only fits 2 cars. Overflow parking is located at the main entrance at Sandestin Welcome Center. There is no fee to use overflow parking

The property is situated where you can go to restaurants, shopping, get groceries, Go to the beach, and play golf. Also there is a pool 4 houses from here that was nice.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The beach house was beautiful. The neighborhood was great! I loved the beach in San Destin. Baytown Wharf had so many fun things to enjoy. The only thing I didn’t like was having to use a golf cart. I’m not used to those. Great vacation!
