Well kept recently renovated Beach House
Located less than one mile from crescent beach this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is in the heart of Wells seaside community. We are a short 5 minute drive to North Beach, Moody Beach and Wells Beach all of which provide parking and restrooms. Property w/ parking for 4 vehicles. First floor includes open concept eat-in kitchen with cathedral ceiling living area with couch and loveseat. Separate living room with love seat and pull out queen sofa. Downstairs bedroom with queen bed. First floor full bath with tub/shower unit. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen bed one with full bed as well as a bathroom with large shower unit and washer and dryer. Home also has an outside shower, large deck off the back with ample seating for 12 . Spacious private back yard . Linens provided or you may bring your own. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Gas Grill on back deck. Landscaping services once weekly. Beach chairs and towels on premises if needed. Walking distance to St. Mary's church and Scoop Deck Ice Cream. Grocery store conveniently located approximately 2 miles away.
