Coastal modern 2-bedroom condo in lovely Wells with water views

Stay right at Wells Beach! This marsh front unit is steps from the ocean and within walking distance to shops, grocery, restaurants (including Batson River Brewery and Billy’s Chowder House), and entertainment- including movie theater and mini golf! No need to worry about Rt 1 or beach parking: you’re already there (3/4 mile)! Enjoy a patio or green grass with the view of the marsh, perfect for your morning coffee. This condo has 2 bedrooms with a cozy queen bed in one and twin trundle bed in the other. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher with full size fridge. There is also an electric fireplace and two good size closets. There are ceiling and window fans along with a portable AC unit for either bedroom, if needed! But with the windows open the Maine nights are comfortable and the salt air is soothing! Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in Wells at our condo!

My wife, our youngest son and I came up to the condo for a Tuesday till Friday morningCondo is conveniently located and very clean. I always got prompt response from Heather whenever I asked a question. We would definitely recommend!!PS. Go to the Steakhouse!! Best steak I ever had!

Until recently, when we bought this condo, many of our friends thought we already had a place because you could always find us in Southern Maine.
