Come experience what the Maine coast has to offer when you stay at the Cove Vacation property in the heart of Perkins Cove. Clean and modern with full A/C, located within a seconds walk to various restaurants, scenic tours and walks, this is the perfect spot to escape at any time of year.
The Cove Vacation Property sits on the second floor above Perkins Cove Candies and sleeps 4 with two bedrooms, and two baths. With exceptional vistas of the Atlantic ocean from the open concept well appointed living/kitchen/dinning area, you are able to relax and dine with some of the best views in Ogunquit. Just off the front of the property, serving as an entrance, you will find a deck overlooking that Atlantic with seating for 4.
Bedroom one features a king bed with window views of the Atlantic as well as a full master bathroom. Watch fishing and tour boats coming and going in Perkins Cove from the back deck just off the master bedroom. Bedroom two includes a queen size bed, with an adjacent full bathroom that includes a stand up shower.

The Place to Stay in Ogunquit, Maine

The property was clean, well supplied with everything that should be there (e.g., towels, kitchen and bathroom items, heat and A/C, parking, etc.), and ideally located with a stunning view of the ocean. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we re-visited Ogunquit.

Great location

Wonderful, spacious apartment with gorgeous water views. Located right in Perkins Cove close to shops, restaurants, and Marginal Way. Beautifully furnished with a deck overlooking the ocean and a kitchen with all you need for cooking.

This apartment has gorgeous views of the ocean and pebble cove. The apartment is large and the kitchen very well equipped. Property manager available and helpful.. Right in delightful Perkins Cove.

Hidden gem

Iā€™ve been vacationing in Ogunquit my whole life. Iā€™ll never stay anywhere else again. This place is a perfect hidden gem and has it all - location, view, full kitchen far nicer than expected, washer/dryer, ideal layout for 2-3 friends plus you can tide pool in the back yard. I felt like a local being able to pop right out of my apartment and into the Cove. Clean as it gets, property way more up to date than expected. Canā€™t wait to come back.

Spectacular Views , Breathtaking Sunrise

We could not have been happier with our recent stay at this apartment in Perkins Cove . The views are absolutely beautiful and the town could not have been friendlier. Plenty of restaurants and shops to visit . The apartment was beautiful and beyond clean ( spotless!!!) and it had everything we could have needed for our stay . Amy was lovely , She answered any questions we had and quickly at that. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay . Thanks again Amy

Perfect

Perfect location, views, communication, and cleanliness. The check in process was beyond easy. The location could not be more convenient - under 100 steps to the Lobster Shack! While parking is offsite, it is a fun, short walk away right over the foot bridge - it was so easy my 88 year old mother could do it each day without a problem, and looked forward to going the view going across the bridge! . Everything you could possibly need or want at this location. Don't hesitate to book it.

The best views weā€™ve ever had!

I was anticipating great views out the window given the reviews I had read on this property. But my expectations were surpassed! We couldā€™ve just stayed inside and stared out the windows the whole time. The house was perfect and extremely clean, well stocked with everything that we needed. The house is very spacious for three. Appliances like washer and dryer were so helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Location is also wonderful. We could walk everywhere - the marginal Way entrance was right there, we could walk to the beach, walk around Perkins Cove, walk into downtown Ogunquit. One of the best things about the stay also was Amy our host. She was gracious, generous, easy to contact, very responsive and she felt like a friend when we ran into her. Check-in couldnā€™t have been easier. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Best property weā€™ve ever stayed at

So clean, so beautiful, new amenities, you can hear the waves crashing outside the windows while you sleep, drink wine on the deck while looking out on the ocean or take you cup of coffee to the beach and watch the sunrise. Candy and lobster at the bottom of your stairs. Only downside is itā€™s a 5 min walk away where you park your car so not super convenient as we had a fully packed SUV with two infantsā€¦ not so much my problem as it was my husbands haha. Either way we knew that going into it and would still choose to stay here because it was perfect for our needs. A nice little family ocean getaway.

The essence of Maine in Perkins Cove

Our stay in Maine was exactly perfect in this wonderful property overlooking Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, ME. Very efficient check-in and out process and the host, Amy was a dream to work with. Absolute no issues with this clean VRBO ideally located in the heart of the cove. We opted for takeout cooked lobsters from various lobster pounds and we found the kitchen to be well stocked with accessories. Terrific restaurants within walking distance if you prefer and we took full advantage of local hiking options including the wonderful walk along Marginal way and Mount Agameticus 20 min drive away. LLBean in Freeport and a stop in Portland for shopping was also a nice day outing. We will definitely come back and stay at this property. Highly recommended if you are looking for an easy stay that catches the essences of Maine. Super convenient location from Boston Logan airport.

Million dollar views in paradise

What a property! The condo is immaculate. Master bedroom king was very comfortable and has views of the cove. Master bath spacious with multi head rain shower. 2nd bedroom has access to own shower/bathroom--perfect with a door to the "bedroom/bathroom" for privacy for guests. Kitchen and living room give you the million dollar views. 2 decks for relaxing (front and back). You have access to everything Perkin's Cove has to offer and can walk Shore Rd to find all the charms in Oguinquit. Beautiful beaches, Marginal Way, amazing restaurants and so much more. Highly recommend!!! You won't be disappointed! (PS...the candy at the Perkins Cove candy store---DELICIOUS!)

Fun & relaxing Maine escape

My family of 4 had a very pleasant and rejuvenating stay at Amy's property. The check-in and check-out processes were simple, communication with Amy was easy, and the property is very well-stocked and clean. From ample air conditioning to a wonderfully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, the property was comfortable and relaxing. We had excellent views of the ocean from the living room and outdoor deck. Our children loved exploring the tide pools during low tide and we could watch them right from the living room couch. We had ready access to Marginal Way, which we walked every day either to/from downtown or to Ogunquit's beaches. If one is trying to avoid driving and parking as we did (parking at the beach typically gets full quickly during the summer), please note that there is a good 20-25 minute walk to Ogunquit's main beach from the property. We quite enjoyed the exercise with our 8 and 10 year olds, but it might not be for everyone. Also, although parking for the property was off-site, we never had any issues with the brief walk to parking across a foot bridge and appreciated avoiding the parking congestion of Perkins Cove.

Beautiful Property

Ogunquit is beautiful all on its own but this home made it our best stay yet. We walked everywhere, we sat on both decks depending where the sun was. The view was beautiful and so very relaxing. We will book this home for our trip for next year! Thanks Amy!!!!

Memorable and gratifying week oceanfront in Perkins Cove, Ogunquit!

The apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Our interactions with our host or her family members were easy and problem solving! We took advantage of the glorious view for hours every day. This was our second stay in Perkins Cove and we hope it won't be our last!

My family stayed here for our vacation and could not have been happier. The location is amazing and the convenience of being within walking distance of everything Perkins Cove and Ogunquit have to offer made for a relaxing and easy vacation for us. Relaxing Summer Vacation

This Property is amazing! The location is fantastic, close to shopping, restaurants, and the Marginal Way path to walk to the beaches, in July- Sept you can also hop on a trolley to get you from Perkins Cove to the beaches in downtown Ogunquit. The property itself is heaven. it's well appointed with EVERYTHING you could want or need and the most responsive, friendly and genuine property owners you could wish for. Every little question we had, Amy responded to immediately. The front bedroom overlooking the cove and listening to the waves crash was amazing! Our teenager occupied the 2nd bedroom which was like having his own suite! The candy shop below the property which is owned by the property owner and her sister-in-law is a dream for any candy lover. Her handmade chocolates were to die for! We would absolutely stay at this property again.
