Log Cabin Tiny Home at Adirondack Ranch

Looking to unwind and relax in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains? We have the perfect getaway at Adirondack Ranch. Check out our Log Cabin Tiny Home! This cabin has a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and loft. The outdoor space is ready to enjoy with a 12 x 12 deck, grill, fire pit, picnic tables and a view! You can sit on the deck and see down to the horse pasture and watch the sunset.

Close by you have Lake George about 13 minutes away, Gore Mountain about 20 minutes away, plenty of hiking trails in Crane Mountain 10 minutes away. Like tubing, rafting or kayaking? The Hudson River is only 3 miles away along with many other water and activities within a short drive. Outlet shopping is just south of Lake George on Rt 9, with your choice of over 50 outlet stores all in one area. We are close to all of the area amenities, activities and events but far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature. Check out the pictures!

Please take note for a pleasant and comfortable stay:
**No pets allowed, No Fireworks allowed for the health and safety of our horses, No smoking inside the cabin. You will be charged extra cleaning fee of $250.00.**
Also note: The accommodations are not suitable for children 5 & under as it is not properly child-proofed.

We had a wonderful time at the Tiny Home! Jim and Michelle are great hosts. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck listening to the sounds of nature and a nearby rooster! I would recommend staying here for your adventures in the Lake George area or just for a lovely getaway!

A great getaway, far enough away from the crowds but close enough to downtown Lake George or Bolton Landing if you want to visit. So many outdoor activities in the area and Jim and Michelle were fantastic hosts providing so much information on the area.Had a couple of early morning visitors!

Loved relaxing on the front porch. Peace and quiet. Wonderful "tiny home". The homeowners were very responsive and even stopped by to see if we needed anything.

Booking and information about the place was very organized! Check in went very smooth! Was greeted by Friendly owner, and she accommodate our early arrival! Kitchen was very clean, and we had everything we needed to cook our meals!We enjoyed our stay on their beautiful ranch!It was such a relaxing place! Can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

A midsummer night’s dream!!

So grateful to have another tremendous getaway at your place! So many and much more fun, joy and relaxing in here with fire pit and enjoy mesmerizing view every meal. Little driving took us horse riding, kayaking, wine tasting, and climbing!! Such an enjoyable interaction with you both(Jim and Michelle) and new family, Scottish Highlanders, Bailey and Lilly and the chickens. Like a midsummer night’s dream, don’t wanna wake up! 6 days flew so fast! Still imagining trillions stars in night sky. Can’t wait to come back. Can’t thank you enough!!! See you again soooooon!!!!!

Perfect getaway!

Michelle and Jim have created a lovely little spot, close enough to anything you would want to do in the Lake George area but removed enough to give a feeling of peace and remoteness that’s truly a break from the every-day. Michelle greeted us warmly on our arrival and the book she has compiled about the property and resources in the surrounding area was tremendously helpful. The tiny-home style cabin is just enough to be a welcoming base from which to explore. The fire pit was wonderful and it was easy to find firewood for sale locally. Be forewarned, that cellphone service in that area of the world is very spotty. It was a great break from screen-life for me and my two adult kids, but it would have been anxiety provoking if we’d attempted the trip a few weeks earlier when a family member was having a health crisis.

Beautiful Cabin in secluded location

Great location! Hosts were helpful and communicative. The cabin is is very well appointed and we carved pumpkins outside and used the firepit. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The view was amazing from the cabin on top of the hill, especially the stars at night. Keep in mind cabin is a bit out from the main vacation destination of Lake George and is part of a small community. I was pulled over by a police officer while heading over to the grocery store at night because I forgot to turn off my brights as I passed him. So if you are from the city and don't regularly drive rurally just be sure you use your lights judiciously. I guess there aren't too many visitors to this area because the officer was pretty suspicious until I pulled up my VRBO reservation and he said he knew the hosts, so if you get pulled over, maybe lead with that.

Slice of heaven

The property is private and the area is amazing. The property owners are lovely and are available if there are any issues. The cabin was clean and perfect for a serene getaway. My husband and I were able to recharge. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Peaceful and relaxing

This was our first experience in a tiny home and it was exactly as described. Michelle greeted us soon after arrival and was very welcoming and informative. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and were very good as she stated. The home was spotless with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.I am tall so the shower was a little challenging. The property was very well maintained and the weather could not have been better. It was extremely peaceful and quiet with great dark sky views. It is in the country as advertised so don't be surprised. We had a very enjoyable visit to the area taking in all the wonderful scenery and sites.

Peaceful. A perfect place to escape from the mental noise and daily grind.

We loved everything about the cabin, it had everything we needed, it felt like home right away. Mornings and evenings were so peaceful. Not having the constant hum of traffic and ambient noise in your daily background at least for a few days really resets your brain. The property was such a great space to look out on from the kitchen table or the front deck with a cup of coffee. And of course, one epic spot for a campfire. Jim and Michelle were extremely kind and courteous, making sure we had all the amenities we needed and pointing out some great secret fishing spots. Wish we had more time to stay there, Can't wait to visit again!

Our stay

Our stay here was a wonderful experience. The tiny home was just that. A tiny home. It was warm and inviting. My family and I had a great stay and Michelle and Jim were very pleasant to talk to. Very nice people. We couldn't have picked a better place for our vacation. Thank you Michelle and Jim for a pleasant stay. The Jones family.
