Bedrooms 4
Space 2,200 sq. ft.
Property type house
Minimum Stay 1 - 6 nights

About the property

House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

This sizable cozy home gazes at the Pacific Ocean and is just a stone throw away from the local sandy beach. The hypnotic sounds of the ocean waves crashing, the salty beach air, a curious sea otter poking his head out of the water, this and more all observed from this beautiful four bedroom two bath home.

Three of the four bedrooms and the living quarters provide beautiful views of the ocean. Snuggling by the fireplace and gazing through the spacious windows that offer you an inspiring panoramic view of the ocean and with some luck you may get a glimpse of the majestic pod of Great White Whales that live in this area.

Stepping out to the sundeck and smelling the salty ocean breeze and hearing the roar of the waves with the only concern of which chair you should relax in.....

This home is nestled in Newport and is just minutes away from the Historical Nye Beach, bay front shopping and adored restaurants, all of this and more waiting for you to experience.

Why Richard Savicky chose Central Coast

We have found that Newport has a small town feel but plenty of things to do, stroll the bayfront, or the beach, go crabbing, hiking, golfing and numerous places to eat.

What makes this house unique

There is plenty of room in our great room for our family and friends to hang out and visit while viewing the beach and boats coming and going from the historic bayfront.

The house is big and well maintained with a killer view of the ocean!

  • 5 of 5

Our family went to Newport to celebrate my birthday! It was so much fun and the house was very roomy and accommodated all of us comfortably! The TV was huge for night time movie watching, and the Hot Tub was the main hang out place for us! The beds are big and comfy with t.v.'s in each room!

There were some conflicting instructions for the WIFI between the website and the email from the owner , but we worked it out! Don't forget to ask where the Hot Tub key is kept!

A very nice place!

  • 4 of 5

This house has excellent views of the ocean. There were four bedrooms, each nicely decorated in ocean themes. There is a lot of space and common areas for groups. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The patio and deck are awesome for a gathering. We were there on a rainy week, but could see the potential.

The beds were okay - I am picky about bedding and would not say they were great.

The location is great. We could easily walk to the beach, the Bay Area, and Nye Beach Area with 15 minutes or less for each. The walk to the beach is a short walk through the neighborhood to the lighthouse park, and then down to the beach through a forest. We like walking and thought the house was excellently located in the middle of everything.

The house was extremely quiet. All we ever heard was the ocean and gulls.

My only complaint would be that two of the prominent view windows need to be replaced. They have some kind of internal flaw that cannot be washed away.

It is a large comfortable home with a great view and lots of windows facing the ocean.

This is a nice place for a family gathering or quiet viewing of the sea.

  • 4 of 5

The house is very large with lots of space for sleepers. The kitchen is very well equipped. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the views are incredible. I really loved the patio and deck areas. There were nice heavy adjustable chairs along with benches to seat a large group. We like walking, and this place is between the bay area and Historic Nye beach. Getting to the beach takes a 15 minute walk through a neighborhood and into the lighthouse park area. It's a nice walk.

We were disappointed that two of the windows facing the ocean were damaged and marred the view, even though there were several windows with a great view that weren't marred.

I also would have liked nicer bedding, but I am picky about that.

The rooms were inviting and decorated with ocean colors and themes.

The house had large shared spaces for people to gather.

Great House!

  • 5 of 5

The house was wonderful...the rooms were clean and all sorts of comforts were made available! The location was absolutely perfect. The trail down to the beach was easy. We spent all day in the hot tub, making fires outside, playing games, and watching movies. Thank you for an amazing trip! On our last day, we got online to try and book for the summer....and even next fall :)
