Lovely studio of approximately 24 m², fully renovated and well-designed.

It includes a fully equipped kitchenette opening onto a dining area, a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a large east-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the first rays of sunlight.

A private parking space is provided, and public transportation (bus) is accessible just 400 meters from the apartment, with a 15-minute ride to the city center.
