3 bdrms ; 1 downstairs with king size bed , 2 queens upstairs. Upstairs bath has tub/shower; downstairs; shower only. Laundry facilities. Family room TV has cable TV (no premium channels). Upstairs living room smart TV has Basic cable, Netflix and Hulu. Recently remodeled well equipped kitchen. Patio w/hot tub/grill. Central A/C. Close to city pool. Easy access to interstate and Mt. Rushmore road.
