Quiet Lakefront property on Cassadaga Lake WiFi & 2 car parking.
Welcome to the Cottage! This cottage sits directly on Cassadaga lake where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every night from the concrete patio or simply from the couch. Feel free to go kayaking, fishing, or swimming directly from our dock or shoreline. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy lake life for the weekend, week or month!
Sorry no gatherings, events, parties larger than your reservation.
Free parking up to 2 cars.
This lakefront cottage comes fully stocked! Has everything you might need to stay all week/month or maybe just for a long weekend!
There’s a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, plates & silverware , coffee pot , microwave & much more. A dining room table where you can see the beautiful view of Cassadaga Lake.
The living room has a television, couch and chairs to lounge out. You’re able to enjoy the lakefront view from almost everywhere!
In the bathroom there’s a standup shower, toilet & sink. Shampoo, conditioner & towels are provided!
The bedroom has a queen bed & closet. For additional sleeping there is a day bed in the front living room that can sleep 2 additional people.
If staying inside isn’t your thing hang outside on the new concrete patio with table, chairs & picnic table. The dock is right outside where you’ll be able to go swimming or fishing. There is place to dock your boat (please inquire about dock if you plan on using)
If visiting in the winter this lake is popular for ice fishing! There are many activities such as snowmobiling, snowboarding/skiing at Cockaigne or at our local state forest trails.
Our cottage is located on a shared driveway with neighbors. You must drive slow & respect each other. Meaning not going on our neighbors properties or lakeshores. No parties, large gatherings or additional people than what your reservation states. We have a Zero tolerance policy for disrespect otherwise you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Lily Dale is a very popular local attraction within a 5 minute car ride!
King Kone is a local ice cream shack in Cassadaga off of Route 60.
Dollar General, Tim Hortons & Shur Fine are within a 5 minute drive.
Cockainge ski resort is 20 minutes away!
Chautauqua institution is
approximately 20-25 minute drive.
We are close to many local wineries!
Whiskey Hill and Stockton Hotel are the 2 closest restaurants. Otherwise Fredonia is close & able to offer different choices.
The Red House wedding venue is within a 3 minute drive.
Feel free to bring your own bike as it is a great small lake to ride around! Lily Dale is just around the corner and makes for a beautiful bike ride.
Cassadaga lake is an awesome lake to go kayaking, pontooning, swimming & fishing. Bring your own gear to truly enjoy the lake
