Master bedroom with Queen bed & balcony overlooks one of the most beautiful views of the Intra-Coastal. The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a queen size Sleeper Sofa. There are 2 Full Baths. There is a covered back patio with an upstairs balcony giving you the opportunity to enjoy afternoon breezes and watching sunsets. After a wonderful day at the beach or fishing, unwind by grilling either your fresh catch or something nice you have picked up from the local grocery store on the back patio while taking in breathtaking views.

The dock is lit so you can enjoy some night time fishing and well as day time fishing. At the end of our dock it is 15ft deep so you are fishing in the channel.
*Relaxing Atmosphere; this is a hidden jewel with only 42 units

*New Private Fishing Pier & Dock w/fish Cleaning station
*6 Private Boat Slips (Dock size capacity is for 20 ft max boat length)-First come, First Serve, can not leave your boat trailer in condo's parking lot, Devil's Elbow is within a mile down the street & you can park your trailer there for a small cost.

Very quiet and relaxing trip

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The area was quiet and our children enjoyed the pool while my husband enjoyed the dock for fishing. The views of the inter-coastal are beautiful. The beach was a five minute walk down the road and never crowded. We would definitely stay again.

We recently spent 3 nights here at this lovely place, with gorgeous views of the water. Location is excellent in close proximity to wonderful restaurants and the beach. My husband had a great time using his fishing kayak. We saw several dolphins. Would highly recommend!!!!

Intracoastal Vacation Getaway

This place had such beautiful views and a really relaxing setting. Clean inside and out as well. The pool was nice and the kids loved it. The location is in the middle of a lot of activities that you can do with or without kids so there is something for everyone. We also fished and caught all kinds of different species from the dock. It’s also really close to the beach which was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely will be back, this was also our second time staying here and was not disappointed. I highly recommend this condo, it will have you not wanting to leave lol!!

A Vacation Home Away From Home

Awesome location, with awesome hosts, and hospitality. Definitely will return in the spring! We Came for our son’s 15th birthday getaway with his 2 friends. The beach is literally across the street in the front, and beautiful water and boating view out back. Kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrellas and all provided by the host. All we needed were clothes and groceries!

My dream home!

This home is located in a very quiet and serene location. Just what I needed on my last few days of vacation. Homeowner was responsive and helpful with any questions. Local restaurants are wonderful as well. This home has everything you need I would say it is not for parties as it is more of a laid back vibe which is what the doctor ordered

We are very excited to have bought this condo in April of 2019. Our primary residence is in Fleming Island, FL which is about an hour away from the condo. We have 4 sons and we own Clear Impressions Window Films. We are super excited to begin the rental program with our Newly Renovated Condominium. We have named the condo Dolphin's Cove because on the evening of our closing we walked out on to our dock and their were over 25 dolphins swimming and feeding on the abundant fish right out back of our condo. It was amazing! Our unit has never been rented out. We bought the condo from a family who had owned it from when it was originally built & had it as a vacation home. Everyone that comes over, just falls in love with the amazing views and relaxed atmosphere that the condo has & makes you feel at home. We just love it & we our excited to share the experience that made us want to buy the condo in the first place. It is truly a magical spot. We look forward to hearing back from our guest so that we can make all of our guest experiences even better. We know that your vacation is important to you and want you to make many beautiful memories on your getaway. You will love it so much, you will want to return!

Why they chose this property

This condo is very unique in that you have the intercostal waterway in your back yard and the beach directly across the street. You also have personal vehicle drive on the beach access taking you all the way to Fort Matanzas and back. MAGICAL!!!

What makes this property unique

This property provides gorgeous sunsets in the evening after getting to see the most beautiful east coast sunrises you have ever seen. Crescent beach is truly a hidden gem. We are just moments from downtown St. Augustine, which provides very unique friendly fun family activities, great restaurants and nightlife. For those of you that want to get in a little shopping, we are only a few minutes down the street from the St. Augustine Outlet Mall. There are some wonderful local shop and restaurants close by as well.
