The views of the river are gorgeous and the atmosphere very welcoming. The host is very helpful and approachable. We enjoyed our stay very much. You couldn't ask for a more relaxing spot.

Private location with stunning views of lake. Beach area right next to cottage with all the water toys available for use. Kayaks tubes and pedal boats. The perfect place to unplug from the world with or without your fur baby

Very quiet area for relaxing by the river. Loved all the outdoor seating and the fire pit was great. No issues during our stay.

Spring fling

We had great weather,great location, and great hosts. The accommodations were just as advertised quiet and comfortable. The fishing was amazing. John and his mother could not have been more helpful, we definitely would like to come back

Cottage in Franklin

We had a great stay. Everything was as described in the description. John was very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend john and his rentals to anyone that wants a good place and a quiet environment.

Beautiful Getaway

Amazing getaway location. Host was awesome and understanding. All the amenities you could need. Beautiful calm river and beach with dock and patio. Was just what we needed. Thank you John, hope to be back next season!

Quiet and relaxing

Stayed two nights with our dog and had such a nice time relaxing around the fire and fishing. Our dog had a blast running around the yard and private beach. John was a great greeter and told us everything we needed to know. Was able to take their small boat out in the morning when the river was calm and it was so beautiful. Would definitely come back!

We loved it so much here that we added an extra day during our stay and booked another week in October. Great place to relax, swim and enjoy nature . Our dog really loved it here as well . John was such a great host and the cottage had everything we needed during our stay .

Great weekend away

We had a great time! Took out the paddle boat- beautiful quite river. Dog loved the swimming. It is a great place to relax while still having the connections to the world when you want them. John was a great host.

Fantastic R & R vacation.

Nice clean, rustic cabin right on the water. Fantastic fishing right from the dock. Lots of floating water toys, row boat, paddle boat. Owners were ready to meet our every need, but not intrusive. Gave us a twilight tour of the river in a pontoon boat. Very quiet area, but close to all kinds of good attractions and food.

Very Peaceful

Great cabins!

The cabins were perfect size and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, right on the river but also very private. Loved the lights that were set up on both cabins at night!

Amazing

We enjoyed another great trip at the Pemi shore cottages ! We loved being so close to the water, our kids enjoyed countless hours on the beach . The best part is we were able to bring our dog who also enjoyed himself as much as the children. The cottage is perfect for a family of 4 plus a fur baby . Anything we needed was there , very clean and well kept. We are hoping to come back to enjoy ourselves again next year ! We loved the boat ride! Thank you Jane and Jon for offering your beautiful property for us to enjoy !!

Fabulous!

We had the best time! Quiet relaxing vacation directly on the river. Cabin had everything we needed and is super cute! John and Jane were wonderful! It was especially nice to have our two dogs with us. We'll Definitely be back!!
